They are not upfront with their contact creators around the amount of hours they are given to create the conent. creators are given two hours to 4 hours max to create a whole months worth of content, edit and schedule. Meanwhile they are only paid £12 per hour which is quite frankly ridiculous it’s exploitation. It’s disgusting!
