After a series of unfortunate plumbing disasters in my home, I was feeling overwhelmed and frustrated.

The team was incredibly responsive, fitting me into their busy schedule on short notice. When the plumber arrived, he was not only punctual but also extremely knowledgeable. He assessed the situation with my leaking toilet and clearly explained the options available to me. I loved that he took the time to ensure I understood everything before proceeding.

The repair was completed in no time, and the price was fair and upfront. What really stood out was how they treated my home with respect; they wore shoe covers and left the work area spotless. I can't recommend them enough!

Noticed a leak in the morning. WTS was with us that afternoon. Anton fixed everything within two hours. He explained what he was doing and why. Everything works perfectly now and the charges were quite reasonable. We would certainly call WTS again.

Brilliant service all round. Had to call out with a number of issues to our commercial premises. Everything was explained in full in layman's terms and they fixed what was needed immediately. Engineers very friendly both in person and on the phone. Faultless service and reasonable pricing.

Both of the engineers we had from WTS were excellent, quick, on time, and fixed the problem and also taking time to explain in an understandable way what the problem was. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm based on my previous experience of them.

A few weeks ago we noticed our loo was backing up a bit on flushing. The problem would seem to sort itself out and then return a few days later. We called WTS on a Saturday morning and they came out within the hour. We are one of four terraced houses in our street on the same drain connection - it turned out that there were massive blockages either side of us. The chap from WTS cleared the drains thoroughly in each house all the way to the main drain. It was not an easy job, but WTS were absolutely professional, testing and re-testing the flow from each house. Plus, the cost was far less than we would have had to pay if the local authority had been called. No hesitation in recommending WTS.

Will, Carl and their team did the work on our new kitchen, removing the old kitchen, restoring an original archway, taking up the floor, laying a new one (reclaimed york stone), all plasterwork, painting, plumbing and electrical and we are delighted with the results. The team were brilliant, professional, personable, helpful and hardworking, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent - highly recommend.

Excellent to deal with in all respects. Solved a problem which others had failed to solve, as a temporary fix, then fitted a new boiler to replace our aged one, improved our system and got everything running fine. Very happy.
