We are so disapointed, with Sky.Have been with them a long time.And on Saturday, we were blocked from using our primary e-mail address! Two telephone calls-- with no avail.Couldnt or wouldnt help.
The stress this is causing is unbelievable. We have important documents in the Archive, Family photos, and loads of now unanswered messages.
This email is connected to many many sites. Why were we blocked? Were we hacked?
PLEASE PLEASE make it right.
My Husband had just got his laptop back from being serviced, he tried to enter into the email and couldnt.
So i tried on our main computer, -i couldnt.!!
I went on the Sky Email forum, and lo and behold there are loads like us! Whats happening.
P.S Iam writing this with the email address that has been blocked, so its a waste of time sending one!!!

I cannot access my money for 6 months. Was on the phone for over an hour trying to find out why. No one could give me an answer. Kept getting transferred to a ‘supervisor’. Then they hung up on me. I believe PayPal is a bank without regulations or oversight. Very bad customer service!!! Avoid using PayPal

Saga Car Insurance/Marketstudy no doubt many of you have read the ongoing SAGA which is an appropriate name for this company, Since my last statement on here I e-mailed the CEO of Saga laying out the problem with their company. Guess what?? the CEO doesn't have the guts or the good manners to respond and no doubt this goes down the chain to their employees. It is in their interest when you have a "NO CLAIM INCIDENT" to keep it on the books so that they can increase your premium, and yet not claim has been made,
Marketstudy had responded on here for me to contact their customer services; which I did, and guess what, the same blank wall as it is not in their interest to delete an NCI.
All SAGA did was to send me a quote which is £70 higher than my current insurer (CHURCHILL) WHO ARE FULLY AWARE OF MY SITUATION AND THEIR BENEFITS ARE THE SAME AS saga. mY ADVICE TO YOU ALL, IF YOU ARE WITH saga AND HAVE A no claim incident do not report it to saga AS THEY WILL USE IT AGAINST YOU TO INCREASE YOUR PREMIUM, SETTLE IT WITH THE 3RD PARTY AND AGREE NOT TO NOTIFY EITHER INSURER, AFTER ALL IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE, WHY REPORT IT AND GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE WITH saga OR marketstudy BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED IT LOL

I am on Workers Comp. for a back injury on the job. Worker's Comp. requires the doctor to go to the worker's comp. website and request my treatments such as prescriptions, medical equipment and therapy. That is the only way I can get my pain medicine, physical therapy, and the TENS unit he prescribed for me. I am not allowed to just go to a pharmacy to get them.
Dr. Han has prescribed all of this for me but refuses to go on the website and order them for me so I get no treatment, no medication, no TENS unit and no relief from the pain. His receptionist says that "the website is too hard, too long, and too complicated and he just can't be bothered with that." Therefore, I do not get my pain meds, my TENS Unit or or my physical therapy that he prescribed for me and I am left to suffer needlessly. This has been going on for months now. In my opinion, Dr. Han is a cruel person.

This company was the worst car transport we ever used. We have been travelling to Florida and back for ten years now. we never had to write a review, no less a bad one. the person who wrote "bait and switch" was 100% accurate. They conned us in with a low ball price ($500.00) to transport our
car. They told us it would be picked up from West Palm Beach on a Thursday. We left Fla.on Saturday and the car was still not picked up. We were on the road when they called us to say that they got someone to ship our car but it would cost $1100.00. We were screwed and they knew it. This had been their plan all along. We paid the $1100.00. They demanded cash or a cashiers check. No wonder, they are thieves. Stay away from them. Additionally, some items were missing from the car. Steer clear of these crooks!

Never use Book a room.com. we booked a room which we thought was through the hotel website and were quoted $164. When credit card bill received the charge was $264 and change. I could not get an explanation. Kept saying something about tax and rates can change. Just talked in circles and never answered question. I hope this helps someone else from getting ripped off by this company.

Dirgelook I now know they are a company in China. They put pictures of clothes but when you order it’s not what you get. There is absolutely no way to communicate with them and I found them on Facebook so I sent 5 different messages, no response. This company just STEALS your money. I just gave the clothes to Goodwill (maybe they won’t want the clothes either). Don’t order anything from them!!! These companies don’t tell you they are in China so I learned before I order make sure to a Google them so you don’t order from them.

My product (Dyson) took longer than expected to arrive but by keeping in regular contact, my product arrived and I'm very happy with it. Esdorado were good to reply promptly to emails.

I rented from Avis in Tennessee and was driving back to mass. I was in car accident. They left me at a impound lot New Jersey for hours and finally I hired a taxi to take me to the airport.to get another vehicle and I arrived at my destination 2 hours late. They charged me for an extra day. Because the vehicle was in a impound lot and not their possession??? And I arrived late because of the accident and being left at a impound. .Avis is the worst customer service ever .. I would never rent from them or recommend them to anyone. Giving them a star is more than they deserve

I’ve had a bad experience with trying to go on vacation through this website. I am going with a group of girls that would like to get in contact with someone about a refund ASAP. Waiting 90 days for a refund is unacceptable especially when I’ve spent over $2,000 trying to get everything booked for a trip that I have coming up. Please have better customer service

I'm a 75 year old disabled pensioner and I live in a community with other old age pensioners, my garden backs onto waste land which is owned by Preston City Council although we come under South Ribble Borough Council The other day I went into my garden to find somebody had tipped rubbish into the back of my shed I then proceeded to put it back were it come from the two people came along and told me I was not allowed to do this I accepted this after a bit of disagreement with the people concerned the man even chucked the rubbish back at me its a wonder I was not injured as I was on my walking stick My partner and I then took the rubbish to the tip at my expense Then I get a letter from South Ribble Borough Council stating I owe then £400 pounds for fly tipping I ask them when they notified people of this rule they sent me a google link, how the hell would I know it was there or anybody else for that matter I have sent E Mails to the council but there are adamant I have to pay for the my error they say I can pay in instalments with £100 pounds up front, I live on a very small pension and can not afford to pay I find the attitude to a old age pensioner appalling and incentive it beggars belief what a council will do to increase their revenue Have you ever heard of a 75 year pensioner going Fly Tipping from a very very angry pensioner Mrs Ann Cator

I applied for a loan on Friday April 9th and today is the 14th and no one can give me an answer. All they say is that it is still in the underwriter hands but reviews, and internet sats less then 24 hours. My attorney responded on friday. I don't understand what other information they are needing. I have people in my family that use Oasis and had a great outcome I guess I wasn't so lucky. My attorney advised me against working with them however I wanted to suppot because family members has used in the past.

I would give this company o stars if it was possible, this is the WORST Carpet company service in the ENTIRE world. Carpet technician did not drying the carpet properly leaving the carpets too wet causing water damage to the padding underneath the carpet causing (mildew) and a terrible indescribable smell.
