I would like to say a huge thank you to the lovely lady (Jenny) who served me at the Superdrug store in the White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

She was so friendly, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to help me and my cousin find exactly what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale.

Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find these days, so we felt she deserved to be recognised. She was a real credit to Superdrug, and I hope her kindness and professionalism are acknowledged.

Thank you for making my shopping experience such a pleasant one. I will definitely be returning.

Uncle Dan's bbq in Waco TX. I received my rib order it was black on one side and regular on the other. I also ordered a brisket sandwich on wheat bread. I received a bun. Also I specifically wrote sliced and not chopped. I received most chopped and for almost 12.00 where was the brisket? They could have saved one half of the bun because there wasn't enough meat to cover the half of a bun..I used to love them. Not anymore they don't care what they serve you now. They suck. Refund is.needed as I spent 36.93 and can't eat this crap.

I wish to advise, and warn, you that Argos's 'Customer Service' is the most non-existent, nauseating, outrageously annoyingly worst I've ever come across.
I tried ringing their robotic, joke-telephone, laughable 'Help-Line' four times without getting anywhere except back to the ludicrous web-site because, unless you have an order number to quote, your call is terminated, and to try something else.
This is, without doubt, the absolute worst I've ever experienced in my business and retirement lifetime, and is so typical of greedy money-grubbing Companies who put customer's money in their pockets before having a normal human being manning their manic, long waiting-time recorded announcement they laughably call customer service.
I got nowhere after these four calls ended up by advising me to go back to the web-site and start again - what a ludicrous waste of time.
This debacle is an absolute, time wasting, annoying disgrace, and I will advise as money people as I can in my 'well-stocked' diary from earlier Roles.
I strongly advise you to tell your contacts the same to save them the same debacle I experienced, and will never shop in Argos again.

Tonight 22/06/2026. We had a takeaway that we do for our birthdays as a family treat. Our son turned 19 and we asked what takeaway he would like, he said Chinese. I checked for the most highly rated and it came up as Wok Kitchen, our usual restaurant was closed, so we ordered and we’re excited as it’s a hard won treat for us and the reviews were great.

Disappointed is an understatement, not least because it was incredibly expensive. I was shocked and disgusted with everything. Our guest couldn’t eat theirs at all, she ordered chop suey but it was a mix of sweet and sour (which she despises) and so after the mouthful she had to spit out, she didn’t eat anything. Mine was supposed to be chicken and green peppers with cashew nuts in a yellow bean sauce, my favourite, the chicken was dry and tasted like it had originally been cooked in sweet and sour sauce first, the peppers looked like they were found in the back of the fridge from a week before and even had that puckered skin on them. I am still feeling unwell from my two bites. The egg fried rice was nice. Neither my son nor my daughter wanted theirs. The lemon chicken my daughter had was a very salty batter on very dry chicken and the lemon sauce was clear, yes I said clear, and tasted like an experiment of flat lemonade with gelatine in a pot. My sons was dry chicken again (bit of a theme) with mushrooms, he couldn’t get it down because it stuck in his throat. The chow mein he had was dry and rubbery.

None of us are feeling well and as we still have the food, we will be sending it to a health and safety department for testing. I am astonished that this was the highest rated chinese in our local area, it was dreadful. It was like someone tried to pass off another persons order on us by redoing theirs to ours. I could have cried as the cost was £53.00 and it was not worth £5! Worse still is I had surgery a few years back and I am not supposed to vomit, it’s all I have wanted to do since I had those two bites and I know it will cause me pain if I do.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. I just hope no one else has eaten here and got sick. Please do not eat here!

I wish that I had read the reviews about Fastdealmall before I ordered a Heated Vest that cost me a load of money - £109.
The item arrived and it works but the sizing is totally wrong. I asked for a 2XL and have received a Vest that would fit a child!
I want to return the item and have written to the company for their details and for a refund and have heard zilch.

Ordered flowers through Amazon. They were for the anniversary of my husbands grave, didn’t arrive although they said next day delivery. Took over a week to sort as they arrived late. The company blamed Amazon. Sent another bunch yesterday an were supposed to come on the 4th. They were not as I expected the whole reason I went to that company it showed a box in the picture unable to stand at grave. Never use again.

Want to recommend JH services and repairs of Ely Cardiff . They looked after my Range Rover recently after it broke down it was recovered and fixed to a high standard . Jake is very friendly and professional nothing was too much trouble and my car is running smoothly again . He made what could have been a Nightmare a much easier experience . Highly recommend

I would like to bring to everybodys attention my dealing with ebay customer service.
I have been with ebay for many years. Recently I contacted them about a car I had seen on ebay and purchased. However as I made clear the seller asked for a bank transfer to avoid ebay charges and to keep it a secret to comunicate via whatsapp. The first agent from customer service said I see your point and want to help you.Just confirm some questions about the seller. I replied and another agent said I will be happy to help with this issue. I comunicated with a 3rd agent who also said they would be happy to help.Then they did not reply.So I messaged and they ignored it.I have sent several messages asking what has happened and they will not answer and completely ignoring me. The seller I had the issue with is still selling cars on ebay.Customer service is and ignorant joke. Be aware if you have to deal with them.

Air mauritius flight was delayed by 5 hours.
Have been trying to get compensation since December. At last the company agreed to pay correct compensation of 502.00 re European law.
They sent cheque for £1040.00
The cheque was presented but bounced unpaid !

It’s a scam Chinese company selling cheap and horrible products but describing themselves a high quality ones . Their website is fake and reading another reviews in here , I’ve noticed they have been using different names to trade . I thought they were a British company reason why I’ve bought from them. . After many useless emails offering me discount - I wouldn’t accept any because I have no intention to buy anything from them- they send me their Chinese address and ask me to send the items back to China paying for the whole expenses ! The address given to me is the one below and I’m not even sure is a real one and thus , I won’t send anything to them unless they give me a UK address - I’ll be protected and will get my money back . I won’t risk anything with those people .

I ordered swimwear from an online company Modlily. I received my order with a torn shoulder strap which was detached from the swimwear. I took photos immediately on receiving the delivery. I tried to contact the company which was virtually impossible as all emails are automated so you really have no contact with anyone. I did try a chat which I have never experienced anything like it before the said they would look into the matter all I wanted was an address to return the swimwear. I was asked to give a thumbs-up 👍after this chat didn't really understand what was going on this was repeatedly ask to which I replied I was not prepared to give a thumbs-up without the help I had asked for. The whole experience baffled me I am still awaiting instructions on how to return my faulty swimwear.

Ordered food from the Dutchie restaurant in Croydon today for the second time. I will never order again. The food is not authentic at all when ordering out. Brought stew chicken with rice and peas twice. The chicken is very small legs in awful gravy. Prices are way too high.
