Beautiful product & very expedient shipping of product I ordered…however even after I had sent an email to double check verification regarding the engraving, it still was reversed upon specifying how I exactly wanted it to read. Overall, my daughter fell in love with this gift and it will be a keepsake she will cherish for a lifetime!

Extremely disappointed with the product, it’s scratched, the custom engraving is not centered. It looks used because of all the scratches and dings. It’s supposed to be an anniversary gift for my husband but it’s so damaged that it’s ugly and the compass doesn’t even work. Now I’m scrambling to find a different compass in time for our anniversary.

I love my items

Order said it was ready to be shipped out a week ago. Still hasn’t been shipped. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for this order and still hasn’t even been shipped. Emailed the link they sent me 4 days ago and have heard nothing. I’m just over all disappointed.
