I am extremely disappointed with my purchase delivered under AWB No. 371853247615. The product received does not match the description, specifications, and expectations set on the online shopping platform.

After receiving a defective product, I requested support, but the resolution process has been frustrating. As a customer, I expected accurate product information, better quality control, and a hassle-free return/refund experience.

I have requested a return and full refund, along with pickup instructions, but the issue remains unresolved. This has been a very poor shopping experience, and I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously and improves its after-sales support. I ordered three name rakhis but one name is double spelt....and customer help number given on website not working...how can we replace...and add shows different style and colour printed....overall experience is bad....will never order name rakhis on wrappi

Delivery was on time however product (stickable skin) was so dull in quality it felt like printed at someones home. Cuts were done properly though.

Waste of money.. they just sell scrap

I ordered a mobile skin but received for different mobile. I am calling them repeatedly but they are not answering my calls and also cutting my calls. Also mailed them but no reply yet.
