No Customer support
No Customer support. I but some theme 10/01/2024 and today 4/29/2024 in my panel, i don't have access to my downloads. The web say, the updates are free

A great wordpress GPL plugins site
Have been using them almost like a year, some time ago site went down, I freakout about it, but at the end I was able to investigate the deep I was able to and was finally able to comunicate with owner, plugins are legit. GPL updates could be slow, because most important plugins are usually updated ASAP, you still have option to request update of specific plugin and they will try to do it soon, the guy behind this is a respectful and nice guy.

They have an HR called Saskia
They have an HR called Saskia - who does not have any knowledge about applying for the IND, I told them maybe you are busy let me help you cause, it is important for me, and shared my knowledge with other colleagues, but She did not like it cause, She is afraid that her big mistake might come up to the table. This is just toxic for the company. I did not accept another job offer cause we were waiting for the application, that mistake cost me my time and money. These toxic things about her or/and her team will damage the company and clients for sure.
