WOW HAS BECOME THE WORSE SITE! I have played WOW for many years and…
I have played WOW for many years and really have never done well. Today I collected my daily reward of $3. I also purchased a flash sale for $39.99 and received 50 SC. Something has changed with this site. This has happened to me a few times now. I thought my playthrough was my purchase which would have totaled about $43. I got my coins up to over 125 and every time I went to redeem it showed the new amount in my account needed a playthrough. At one point it showed I needed a 250 playthrough. I have never won anything big on this site and it sure isn't worth to play any longer. Besides being charged a fee for purchases, I am very, very dissatisfied with WOW

Definitely played a lot on this site
Edit 2: here we are again. I decided since they made things right I’d try and do business with them again. Boy was that a mistake. Bought a 480 sc package for 399.99 (well 410 because there’s always a service charge but I digress). Anyway I played through it and of course I had to keep count of my spins because wow doesn’t keep track of what’s redeemable (again another issue altogether) anyway was up over a 1000 and had played through the 1x almost 2x. No doubt about it. I can count. Anyway it said it still wasn’t redeemable. Tried to playthrough again and ended up losing it all. Bought in for another 400 and put it on one hand of blackjack and won which means it should be redeemable but guess what??? It said it wasn’t. That’s bs. That’s the definition of 1x playthrough. And once again trying to meet the requirements AGAIN I lost it all AGAIN!!!! This is absurd. Maybe it’s a glitch. I don’t know. Anyway. Your move wow. Fix this and save a customer please. You did it once before and hopefully you will again. I’ve probably 1000s due to this playthrough mixup.
Edit: support finally reached out and fixed everything and as I said I would I’m changing my review. I’ll do business with them again and may come back and change to 5 stars. Thanks wow!
Definitely played a lot on this site. Won a lot. Lost a lot. Up’s and downs. There have been times where this honestly would’ve been a 4 or 5 star review but not today. First there have been issues with the playthrough requirements. I’ve started with 400-500 and played through 3-4 times before it says it’s redeemable and their so-called customer service (AI bots) tried to tell me that’s how it works and I’ve played enough on there to know that that’s not accurate. I’ve lost money several times over because of this. But like I said I’ve won a lot too so I can almost live with that. What I can’t live with and won’t live with is when I purchase promo packages and I don’t get the promo. This has happened three different times now. Twice in the same day. The first time it was remedied pretty quickly. The most recent times have not been fixed and customer service doesn’t even respond anymore. I’m over it! Do the right thing here wow. I’ll gladly adjust this review to a positive one once it’s been fixed.
