Terrible company to deal with, still waiting for my refund, I am emailing them more than twice a day now as no response at all
I will never ever purchase from them again
Stay clear and do not order anything as they will totally ignore you and not respond or pay you your refund

The returns experience is absolutely woeful. I purchased a dress from Wovcor via Boohoo.com and the customer service experience is beyond poor. The item was sent back and received August 17 - I'm still waiting for a return to be processed. Never, ever, ever will I make a purchase again

I sent for three black dresses for choice (all the same size) as I needed a suitable dress for a summer funeral. As I already have two WOVCOR jumper dresses I was confident of the sizing/quality. Big mistake! The quality of all three dresses was very poor, cheap fabrics with loads of the sewing threads hanging everywhere. The sizing was haphazard too. I sent all three back on 10/08/26 and the Post Office tracking service has confirmed the parcel was delivered on 12/08/26 but I have not received any confirmation of receipt of my return. Given the number of complaints regarding the length of time waiting for refunds, I'm not expecting mine anytime soon!! Come on WOVCOR, surely you can provide better Customer Service than this. Like another reviewer, I too work in Customer Support and I agree, it's not difficult!

This company is awful for communication and customer service. I ordered dresses from Debenhams the dresses were too big so sent back via Royal Mail on the 29/07/2026 and tracking details confirmed they were successfully delivered to the warehouse on the 31/07/2026 I haha not received any refund or confirmation it’s being processed this is absolutely disgusted as the dresses are not cheap. I would like someone to contact me regarding this ongoing issue

I have tried contacting customer service 3 times both via online form and emails about refund of a dress that I returned as sadly was too small.
Looks like other customers have had the same thing and not been responded too or refund takes too long. I work in customer care and it really doesn’t take much. The price of the dress was too much to be ignored so I will keep trying!!!

I ordered a dress from this company through PLT. I returned the order as the dress was too big. Based on the royal mail tracking information, this was returned back to them on 3 July 2026.

I am still yet to receive my refund and have been ignored on multiple occasions via email, despite providing them with my tracking number and other order details.

Purchased dress , wasn’t sure on the fit returned It 13/7/26 I have contacted WOVCOR many times via email as that was the only option for customer services . Was purchased through boohoo . They have helped but now advised me I will have to wait until 13/8/26 for my refund to process . That’s over a month of waiting for a refund . Will not use again takes way too long to refund , avoid this company a month for a refund ! Crazy wish they had been as quick to reply to my emails like they have been to respond to my bad review

Mert has been truly, truly excellent.
I made a mistake with packing and sent the wrong parcel.
I got in touch with Mert from customer care and he was friendly, helpful and super responsive.
They helped me fix my own mistake and have secured a Wovcor customer in the future.

Mert instantly answered my call and dealt with the issue that both Debenhams and Boohoo couldn’t (constant AI bots). He refunded my purchases (they were the wrong colour for the bridesmaid dress I needed) and kept me in the loop the whole time. It took him minutes to do all of this, and I really appreciated his speed and kindness. Thank you!!

Customer service replies to emails but bare in mind refunds might take a while.

Excellent experience! Fast delivery, exactly as described, and the quality is fantastic. My wife absolutely loves the items. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be buying from Wovcor again!

Really great company - the clothes are lovely and even the return process has been very easy. Fantastic communication on their part as well - I accidentally sent them clothes from a different company in my return and they swiftly sent the items back to me!
