Couldn't have asked for a better service resulting in an amazing & very memorable trip to Chile. Fiona was incredibly helpful when initially putting together our itinerary; informed & communicative. We stayed in 5 different places with several internal flights & transfers, everything worked seamlessly & the ground agents in Chile were brilliant, we didn't have to worry about anything & just had a fabulous holiday. Worldwide Holidays were recommended to me & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Casa Gangotena was an amazing hotel in the centre of old Quito with the lush green mountains of the Andes surrounding the city. After a tour of the historic region we headed to the true Equatorial
line for some interesting water experiments! The visit to the Otavalo market was really colourful and we watched the local people making and selling their wares. On the way there we travelled through the main rose producing area with one farm alone cutting 35,000 roses per day for every day of the year. Our next destination was the aptly named Bellavista, a two hour journey from Quito.We
saw many different birds including trogons, toucans, hummingbirds, frogs, orchids, butterflies and we were fortunate to have a visit from the latest mammal to have been discovered in the Americas
in the last 35 years, the Olinguito. After another night in Quito our next adventure was hunting Volcanoes plus many interesting market villages. The Cotopaxi volcano finally emerged from the
clouds for us to see most of the snow covered peak. Lunch was at the San Augustine hacienda, built around some old Inca ruins and a huge surprise as at the end of lunch we were surrounded by llamas
waiting for us to feed them carrots.
Our next stopover was at the 300 years old Hacienda Leito perched overlooking a scenic valley and the Tungurahue volcano, a beautiful location. Onwards to the village of Banks and our descent down
to the middle of an enormous waterfall with the thunderous roar and our next two volcanoes, Carihuairazo and Chimborazo.
We had the Devil's Nose 100 year old train ride planned for the next day, a descent of 2630 feet zigzagging down the dramatic mountainside and then it was time to investigate the Inca ruins at
Ingapirca before heading to Cuenca for a two night stopover at the Hotel Santa Lucia. There is so much to see and do at this fascinating city that a third night would not have gone amiss. Best
ceramics I have ever seen, lovely Colonial buildings, cathedrals, tour of the Panama hat factory, art exhibitions, flower market and we were lucky to catch a concert in the Cathedral after meeting the
performer during our morning visit. We were sorry to leave Cuenca but on our way to Guayaquil we drove to the Cajas National Park for a walk around and from here we travelled over the beautiful
Western Andes before dropping down to the coast. The Wyndham Hotel in Guayaquil was an ideal night stop before flying on to the Galapagos.
We chose a landbase on Santa Cruz at the Finch Bay hotel for our visit to the Galapagos and whilst we were not able to explore the furthermost islands we were able to experience most of the sights
and creatures found in these strange, remote islands. We saw lava caves, sink holes, huge tortoises ambling about, land and marine iguanas, sea lions, dolphins, penguins, pelicans, finches, frigate and booby birds and so much more. The islands have to be seen as words cannot convey what they are really like.
The whole trip has been amazing with no problems at all and the tour companies involved have been brilliant. It all went like clockwork.
The scenery was stunning all the while we were in Ecuador, the food plentiful and tasty and the people were lovely.

I’ve now had a few holidays booked and organised by Fiona and I have to say the attention to detail and getting to know the client in order to know what is right for them Is a real bonus as it makes such added value for the trip when plans hit the need right on the head.

Just come back from a fabulous holiday in Brazil which I can highly recommend. The trip was well organised and all of the team who looked after us were great, from the office team in Bournemouth to the guides, drivers and local office in Brazil nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend using Worldwide Holidays to work with to create your memorable holiday.

Fiona is straight up when offering advice, she makes suggestions and then we have time to check things out ourselves.
She does not 'push' a country/hotel/activity, but offers recommendations and, for many of them, she has tried it out herself.
Very quick to come up with a possible itinerary once we have put forward our suggestions.
Always calls to say she has sent an email with information in, so we can check it out immediately. And always contactable if we need advice, and on one occasion we contacted her from abroad due to flight delays, she advised and we sorted the problem.

We recently returned from a spectacular trip to Antarctica, Buenos Aires and Iguassu Falls. Fiona at Worldwide Holidays in Bournemouth did most amazing job booking our trip - she was able to recommend from personal experience, and took care of every detail. The trip, which included a total of six flights, all ran impeccably, with ground staff at each location looking after us during private transfers to and from airports and hotels, and top quality local guides taking us on city tours. The service provided by Worldwide was faultless and we were very grateful for Fiona's efficient and very friendly attention.

We had an amazing holiday which was perfectly organised. Thank you Fiona. All our destinations were fantastic and we were lucky enough to have the same driver each time we moved -giving a great sense of continuity. From rafting on the Pacuare river to zip wiring across the rain forest, boating into Corcovada and relaxing on the Nosara peninsular everything was perfect. We could not have organised this ourselves. The World Wide Holiday advice was key. Thank you!

As a group of 18 it was hard to get all the travel details right to suit all. Fiona Urquhart worked so hard to get it right, and she did. We effectively had for holidays in one. so plenty of traveling, visiting Buenos Aries, Cape Horn, Patagonia and Santiago.
Every place we stayed was amazing. Fantastic rooms, food and wine and the Australis boat trip round cape horn was first class
So may new experiences, great communication for Fiona with masses of details. She also tirelessly answered all our questions, and made changes to the schedule where needed
I will use Fiona again for sure, even if its just for 2.

This is the second time we have used Worldwide Holidays and they haven't disappointed us in the slightest. Madagascar was our first trip with them and we have just returned from Costa Rica.

We simply cannot fault Fiona, she tailored our holiday exactly to our requirements and the Lodges we stayed in were so unique without compromising on luxury. Even down to our driver 'Douglas' everything was absolutely perfect.

The trip to Peru went like clockwork. The ground staff were always on time, the guides were very well informed and adaptable to our needs. Hotels were great. Altogether a wonderful experience with good food, amazing scenery, great train journeys. Paperwork from Worldwide needs checking before it is mailed to the client! That is my only small criticism.

Couldn’t fault the organisation both before and during the holiday. Everything within the control of Worldwide Holidays went perfectly and the accommodation choices were very good. The transfers between resorts were very good with knowledgeable English speaking guides and drivers. Something interesting and different everywhere we went.

I recently went to Cosa Rica, what an amazing trip, having a working knowledge and contacts in Cosa Rica as Fiona from Worldwide holidays has was invaluable, and whatever type of holiday you want she is able to tailor make down to the very last detail. If there is anything that may not be for you Fiona is very honest and will tell you, no just selling you anything to make money, a great service from the company, I would certainly recommend them to anyone. best decision I made was to use worldwide.family of 5 travelled around Cuba for nearly 3 weeks and trip ran like clockwork and for less than if I had sorted myself (I,m not sure it would have been so amazing!)
