It was easy to order from World of Craft and they carry a great range of products. Prices are very competitive and delivery cost is comparable to other craft suppliers. The most impressive aspect was the speed of the delivery which was much faster than I expected. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received.

The price I paid for the inks was much cheaper than anywhere else. Arrived quickly. Unfortunately, one of the colours was the wrong one. Emailed them - replied very quickly and really sorry for the error. Replacement arrived 2 days later and they told me to keep the other one as an apology. Brilliant customer service. Shall use them again
