The products (safety trainers) are both comfortable and good quality. The only annoying part of the process was being asked twice for a review before the items had arrived. You need to make that timing better. I was told that there were delays due to shipping from Europe. I had no problem with that but if you are aware that products are being delayed then adjust the timings for reviews?

Still not received work trousers 7 days after ordering them still no tracking information wouldn’t buy again!

Placed an order and was quite quickly given a tracking number for UPS, but that’s as far as it’s got for some time, from the look of it the package has never been collected and no update or any communication from Workwear nation.
I have emailed chasing and look forward to a response which hopefully will happen.

Takes far to long for delivery, nearly a week and half and still do not have my work stuff, perhaps an express delivery option would help syas its dispatched but evri hasnt even received the package yet, wont shop here again as it takes far too long

First time I've purchased off work nation, website was easy to navigate, all information was to hand.
Payment was straight forward, order processing was quick and shipment was fast, Delivery was quick and product is of a very good quality, Will be using work nation again for future purchases.

Made a visit after seeing the sign on the motorway. Arrived 5 minutes before closing but was told I could look around until he finished up. Massive amount of stock. Tried on 2 pairs of trousers and bought one of them! Very helpful. I live the other side of the country but would visit again!

Slow dispatch, slow delivery, worst courier choice. 2 weeks since order placed still haven't got the items.

After ordering new work boots from Workwear Nation I was contacted by them to advise my selection of boots would not be available until May. I was offered an alternative which I was pleased about as most company's would just tell you they are out of stock and then leave you to browse and find something else. By offering me the alternative they kept me as a customer. After ordering there were a couple of issues. I started receiving loads of phishing emails asking me about my order and to pay extra to confirm delivery. Originally I was concerned about a data breach but I think it was more to do with an update I had recently done on my phone.

After placing the order of the alternative product I tried calling the phone number for Workwear Nation and it just continuously rang out with no option to leave a message or an options menu directing you to an appropriate call handler. This is the main reason for knocking one star off the rating.

What I will say is the guys at Workwear Nation are passionate about their business. After raising concerns they tried their best to alleviate these concerns and even asked me to amend a previous review. That takes some gumption but I actually really like that. If you're passionate about what you do and care enough about the reputation of your business it's refreshing to hear people stand up for themselves.

The boots I ended up with are great and I'm pleased I was offered them as an alternative.

After some teething problems with my order I'm happy to say that I would use Workwear Nation again.

Fast delivery great selection on work wear will be ordering from again.
