We're sorry to hear your recent experience while cancelling. We understand that this situation can be frustrating, and we apologize for that. You can absolutely cancel at any time and that we want the process to feel clear and fair.

Please note that our plans are recurring, which means they auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. This is also stated in our Terms of Use (https://www.wordtune.com/terms-of-use) to ensure our users are informed.

Nevertheless, we still hope you will allow us to make things right with you, and help you have a smooth Wordtune experience.

When cancelling your account, there are two things to keep in mind.
1. If you have subscribed through our website, you can cancel from your account page under Manage Plan.
2. If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, cancellation is handled through your Apple subscription settings.
