The app could be improved by having a better user interface. At the moment the app just takes you to the website. It is still more convenient than searching for the website but it would be better to have a mobile friendly interface.

Best thing about this for me is that you can track all your journeys and payments made with your contactless card - very cool!

The Oystercard App is perfect for people who, like myself, top up with a cash balance every month. It enables me to check how much money is left on my Oystercard while I'm walking to the bus stop preventing me from getting caught short. The App itself is streamlined and functional with a fast load time and intuitive control system. Highly recomended for those who use TFL's Oystercard system as part of their daily lives.

Smooth, Convenient & Easy to use!

This is an excellent idea. Having recently turned to contactless payment, every now and again, I’d check the statement and realise I’ve been overcharged a larger amount than expected. It turned out that sometimes, my card didn’t register or tap in properly and I get an incompleted journey resulting in very expensive commute! This app allows to keep tabs of my journeys within the app saving me having to login into the tfl website to check. Great time saver, and reassures me I can check on the move if necessary and reclaim a refund if necessary whilst on the move. :) thank you!
