Customer service and quality is excellent, installation guides could use some help.

Customer service is excellent. Great communication. Products are innovative, clean, and as advertised! Only reason I gave it 4 stars, not 5 stars, is that the user experience could be improved. The tutorials are not super clear. Some common use cases could be improved. For Example: For 9ft walls, you have to cut additional panels to fill the gap, which they say you can do, and they have examples of. But the staple points that connect the wood and the felt are too far apart, so when you cut 13” strips, most of them only have one staple, forcing you to glue or re-staple each slat back together. This could have been fixed by spacing your staples closer together or by warning me ahead of time and I could have added staples myself. Like I said, unclear instructions. I’ve installed plenty of things and my friend that helped me cut and hang the panels has done construction himself but we still missed that detail because we didn’t realize the staple was the only thing holding the slats on. Made our install 10x harder.

That said, the quality is great and the look is great and the customer service is great. I just think there’s room for improvement on the instruction/ installation guide side of things.

Happy Woodupp Customer here.

The communication from Woodupp was great. I had issues with my delivery address because the website could not validate it, but they were quick to respond and take care of the issue. The product is good quality, although too expensive IMO. The Akupanels are easy to work with and I really like the look of our finished wall. I like the accessories that you can add to the panels. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Stain on Walnut is still inconsistent. Also, one of the panels was scratched with what looked like a knife cut or razor.

Would give 6 stars if I could

My end to end experience with WoodUpp was great. Their support answered all my questions quickly and even sent me a personalized email notifying me when product I was interested in was back in stock (shout out Elaina M.!). The product shipped quickly, was easy to assemble, and is high quality. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The products are great

The products are great. The only reason this isn't a 5-star is because I got a bill for $140 of customs fees AFTER I paid for the shipping.

The product is excellent

The product is excellent. Have really enjoyed the look and the quality. Shipping was surprisingly fast. I was a little short on my first estimate for how much I would need, and when I ordered just a single panel, it still arrived almost overnight. Would highly recommend.
