I received an order for plants and compost on 27 May. The whole process of ordering and arranging delivery was seamless. The delivery was at the time agreed and to my garden. The staff were all very helpful and the plants of very high quality.
I have used Woodlark over many years and will continue to do so.
Excellent Customer Service
I have purchased plants on many occasions & always been pleased with them. Unfortunately the carrier DPD has mishandled the boxes a couple of times including my latest order. As a result some of the plants were damaged despite being very carefully packed by the nursery staff. When I rang to inform them they immediately agreed to replace the damaged items. That is excellent customer service.
Stunning bedding plants
Just received my summer bedding plants & they look stunning in the garden. Amazing quality & brightens the garden immediately. I can't wait to see how much they grow during the next few weeks. Looking forward to seeing them in full bloom.

I am writing to express my disappointment
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality and service I have received from your company over my last three orders.
Unfortunately, each order has had serious issues. In my most recent delivery, all 18 iris stems arrived completely dry and unusable. I can provide photos if needed. In my previous order, I waited over two weeks for delivery, and only after contacting you did I receive the shipment. Even then, only 2 out of the 4 items were in acceptable condition.
Additionally, I never received the promotional free flowers that were included with my order. When I contacted your team about this, I was informed they were in very poor condition. This raises a concern—if the flowers were not suitable to send, why were they included in the order at all?
I have now given your company three opportunities, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. I am requesting an explanation and an appropriate resolution for these repeated issues.

Excellent Service and great quality products.
Bought plants and compost and very happy with both. The service was excellent. Usually companies leave the compost on the front garden which is fine but Woodlark delivery driver left 20 bags of compost neatly under cover by the side of my house. Much appreciated.
Big Thumbs up Woodlark Nurseries
I have purchased from Woodlark Nurseries at least 3 times recently. I have been absolutely delighted with the quality, size and abundance of the plants supplied. They have an amazing autumn 'quality bundle' which has filled my garden with colour and variety. The courier is a lovely, kind man who will assist you as requested with the delivery. I am a new devotee and I am happily sending them a massive thumbs up for their excellent service.
I've just received an email to ask for…
I've just received an email to ask for a review and I wanted to leave a positive review. But I have to be honest- I am a first and last time customer. This order has been non stop frustration from the start.
Ordered 6 spider plants on 20th October.
On 24th October- I chased order as there was no update. Was told short staffed and send out next week.
On 28th October- I emailed again as no update.
On 30th October- finally received order only 4 plants were delivered. The box was open and damaged, but the plants were full and decent looking. At that point felt it was worth the wait. Emailed to ask where my missing items were.
On 7th November- finally received missing plants. They're not full plants. They're cuttings that have been placed on top of the soil. The box wasn't damaged, but the soil was missing from one pot. But the damage I could handle. These are tiny cuttings that are not even worth £5. This is ridiculous. I have asked for a refund for these last two plants. I don't even want my remaining plants to be replaced any more because it has not been a nice process from start to finish. I don't feel confident in a company who don't even ensure that the products they're sending out are up to standard.
The customer service respond back to emails within 24 hours. But I don't see why I have to keep chasing. The dispatch is slow, and only is honoured once they get queries.
Once I find an online plant company that I like- I'm a loyal customer. But I won't be a repeat customer in this case.

Just a fabulous garden nursery
Just a fabulous garden nursery! Have had many orders and every time the plants are outstanding - beautiful and well cared for. I can’t praise them highly enough! Seriously the best plants I have ever ordered.
Excellent service…
I order 4 Cosmos plants and when they were delivered I couldn't believe how well packed they were - far superior to any orders I'd received from other nurseries. Despite this, two of the excellent plants had been damaged in transit and all four plants were pink.
I emailed Woodlark and they immediately despatched three plants of different colours, packed in the same way, and even more beautiful than the first delivery. I will definitely be buying more plants from this wonderful nursery.
Stunning pot plants
I was fortunate to have been gifted two mixed plant tubs from Woolark Nurseries brought for me by a friend.
I was absolutely thrilled to bits with the stunning variety of plants in each pot. They were healthy and thriving.
I have never seen such good quality plants in tubs such as these.
As the plants have grown, they have become full and bountiful. They really are stunning. There have been a variety of compliments from various people. What wonderful gifts I have been lucky to have been given.
I would definitely recommend Woodlark Nurseries, and I shall also shop there myself. 100% satisfaction!01
Unacceptable packing

They were were therefore transported on their sides with the main central stem snapped. I was offered a replacement or refund but accepted neither. I was too upset that live plants could be treated so badly. After twenty months and twenty three orders it is sadly time to say goodbye.
Excellent Customer Service
My order didn’t arrive after dispatch and when I contacted Woodlark Nursery they immediately agreed to resend it. They did so and it arrived a day later. Really impressed with their excellent customer service and quality of their stock. Thank you WoodLark.
My order was damaged
My order was damaged, 1 plant destroyed. Sent several emails and was eventually sent replacements. When it arrived again box damaged and 1 plant destroyed. When I emailed Woodlark I was told “most” of their plants arrived safely but it depended on how they were packed. As I was not given any reassurance this would not happen again I will not be shopping with them again. Both parcels I received were badly damaged. I do not want to have to order twice as many plants that I need just to allow for damages. Not happy with the response I got from customer service. will shop elsewhere.

A great Experience
One of those rare occasions when a company surpasses your expectations. I made a mistake with a gift message and they corrected it manually for me, delivered on time and the product was beautiful and healthy. Would definitely use again.
A returning customer with some additional feedback
I really like Woodlark Nurseries and they have very decent (human) customer service. The prices are generally very good and there are decent deals to be had quite frequently. The delivery is very efficient. The only thing I'll say about my most recent purchase is that the "elegant striped long tom terracotta pots" did not look like the photos - they are a traditional V-shape pot with distinctive stripes, but the ones that arrived are a bit skew-whiff! Curved, not nearly as defined in the photos, and quite haphazard stripes. My guess is that I got the runts of the litter, but they'll do the job.
Perfect customer service
Ordered 3 poinsettias and they arrived quickly. Two were perfect but unfortunately one was broken. I emailed company and attached a photo. Within four hours I was offered a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement which was posted in the morning received 2 days later in perfect condition. Excellent customer service
What a rip off
What a rip off. I could kick myself for actually placing an order with this Company as I had not heard of them before but the plants looked nice on line. Some plants not available, fine - as refund promised for these. Don't know the exact items missing or the costs involved. Did not have any pricing available which I asked for more than once. The plants I did receive not up to an acceptable standard some very bedraggled. No copy of order available so I didn't really know what plants were out of stock or the cost of the plants I did receive. Admin very poor. Once order placed no copy of said order sent to email or available anywhere just a "thank you for your custom" Refund promised for the unavailable plants and then for the damaged plants. But only received a few pounds, certainly not the promised refund.
Great first experience with Woodlark Nurseries
My first experience with Woodlark Nurseries was great. I ordered six 10.5cm geraniums, fertiliser and a bag of compost. All arrived as requested, and the plants were nice and healthy. The handy bag of compost is a great product, if you don't need to buy a big supply. I very much appreciated that the driver delivered the products following the instructions and respecting my property. I recommend, and will buy again.
