Window received on date agreed, great quality, painted and fitted, excellent service thank you

Found this company online through search engine. As usual one has ones doubts but this company and their windows were excellent. Helpful, accommodating, friendly and the windows themselves were exactly as required and of high quality. Can highly and unreservedly recommend them and a special shout out for Matthew who was so helpful.

I've ordered from wooden windows for 3 projects to date. The windows are very well made, lead times have always been good and delivery dates have always been met. When there have been problems they have been delt with swiftly.
An excellent company, long live Wooden Windows!

Really fast quotes and high quality windows delivered with everything I needed to install. Would 100% recommend and will be using again.

We have fitted seven WW windows over the past few years and have another ready for fitting when the weather allows. The build quality is superb, and the double-glazed units provide excellent heat and sound insulation. Customer service and delivery are also excellent. Five stars.

Very professional service. Helpful with prompt replies. Competitively priced too. Can easily recommend,

Mat at Wooden Windows was really helpful throughout the process of buying our new front door and our builder is so impressed with it, he's ordered the same one for his house!
We had a small issue with some door furniture that we had ordered separately, which Mat helped us resolve.
I would definitely recommend Wooden Windows for a high quality product and excellent customer service.

This is our second order with Wooden Windows. Their products are great and the whole process of placing an order to receiving your delivery is super slick. Their customer service is fabulous. Leon helped massively, not only in recommending styles suitable for our project, but also in sorting out replacements. Our experience has been nothing but positive and I would highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend woodenwindows.com. We're really pleased with our windows and door, and their customer service service is excellent.

From the initial contact with Leon, who answered so many queries promptly and efficiently, to the on-time delivery by the company's polite and very helpful driver (didn't get his name unfortunately) dealing with this company has been a very welcome "old-fashioned" experience. Thank goodness there are still some companies around who treat their customers well. We would highly recommend Wooden Windows and can't believe it took them only three weeks from start to finish, at this time of year, to make and deliver our window. Thank you for an exemplary service and Happy Christmas all. N & R Smallwood

Wouldn't use anyone else for our wooden windows. I always email Leon and he's super efficient and always sorts everything out for me, and replies to my email really quickly.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. I ordered a pair of wooden windows last year, and on the basis of that successful experience, have just ordered another 2 large double glazed casement windows. Communication throughout was excellent, the windows were made exactly to my specifications, and they were made and delivered very quickly. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is superb. The builders who installed them were also very impressed with the quality, and they fitted beautifully. Highly recommended.

arrived quickly, easy to put together and top quality

Poor quality windows

Ordered 14 windows from this company and they are of poor quality. We have had water ingress coming in where water is getting between the window opening and the internal frame but apparently this is our fault for letting the windows warp (they aren't warped).

Windows are top hung and they constantly need adjusting as they catch when opening with the locking mechanism, this has caused one of the locking mechanisms to break.

Whenever you contact the company they take no responsibility, it is all your fault for how you handled the windows and apparently you need to have them fully painted inside and out before installing them, even in a new build (who does this?).

I'd avoid yourself the hassle and get uPVC windows or go with a better company.

Great support from the Team over there - profesional & easy to work with

This was untried manufacturer, I am a carpenter and joiner so I was hoping these windows would not disappoint, well I needn’t have worried, the quality is superb, they come in kit form but even a complete , all the gaskets and ironmongery are included,a novice can assemble these widows, it’s just the frame you need to assemble, the sashes are complete. The delivery is very well handled, the courier will telephone when they are nearing your postal address. This is my second order with this company, I have several other properties I plan to renovate with this company

I dealt with Mat and his service has been excellent. I visited the showroom where he looked after me. His attention to detail and very pleasant manner was superb. I have received part of my order and the quality is first rate.
