Spot on as a company, both in service and product. Used to upgrade the windows on two properties now. Very helpful team, courteous, informative and efficient. The online window/door builder is easy to use and gives a reasonable idea of what you will pay. Delivery time is always really quick.

Absolutely faultless company. Assisted in choice of window - Thank you Matt Burton- window delivered on date and time and the DRIVER was especially helpful in carrying the very large window into the property which he didnt need to do.
The quality is excellent and very impressed by the quality of the glass.

The online design tool is really good, and with the added benefit that a team will double check its what is required. Ordered Doors and windows to replace like for like and they are exactly what was needed. Delivery is super quick and they response quickly to any questions

Simply brilliant company and products from start to finish. Went out of their way to ensure new windows matched original 360 year old leaded ones. Customer service from Andy was second to none. Would recommend to all without hesitation.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

In particular Leon Nuttall who has gone the extra mile in helping me sort my windows. Very professional.

Quality product, easy to order and check everything, affordable and great service.

In summary, an excellent product, with first-rate support and good value.

The service, support and product are excellent at the price point offered by an on-line company. From the initial web based tool to build and design our windows to the follow up conversations with Mat Burton that finalised the design and specification I have been very impressed.

We live in a part of the countryside designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty and needed to match our existing buildings. Woodenwindows were able to do this using engineered oak whilst retaining all the modern design features needed to satisfy security standards and the insulation requirements of building control.

The windows were ordered on the 30th of January and were manufactured and delivered by Woodenwindows direct (not via a courier) on the 14th of February just 2 weeks later!

The product is very impressive and warrants a five-star rating for the value and quality it offers at its price point. I believe it could be improved further if internal glazing bars were an option and if there was an option for the windows to be supplied pre-finished and pre-glazed. This is something I would be happy to pay more for.

We are now discussing the design for doors and would have no hesitation in recommending Woodenwindows based on the experience to date.

The process of ordering a window from woodenwindows.com was straightforward. Prompt reply with receipt, T and C's etc. Also quick contact to inform me of an alteration necessary to my order.

First time using Wooden Windows Co. Chris was so helpful throughout the pre-order and order stage of 3No doors & Frames. Order was ready on time and I was able to collect also. Myself and my client are really impressed with the quality of the products. Will deffo use Wooden windows again. Thanks guys.

Good quality products, on time delivery and great customer service. Mat's been very helpful with our door and window orders which both needed to be customised.

We were recommended Wooden Windows by someone who had already ordered windows through you. We were really delighted with your service. You explained the different options available to us very clearly and once we had placed our order you kept us informed about the progress of our windows and the delivery date. The windows are excellent quality and it made life so easy that they came completely finished, painted to our own colour and glazed.

I was sceptical at first regards the quality. I have to say, what a great product. The windows have turned out fantastic and were very easy to construct. Highly recommended for anyone. I have never built windows before and I found the whole build process easy to follow. I'll definitely be using & recommending wooden windows again.
Excellent

I have just received a delivery from Woodenwindows and I just wanted to say a few words about the experience. I have been in the construction industry for 43 years and I have to say that this has been one of the most positive interactions with a supplier I have ever had. My purchase was handled by Matthew Burton who was absolutely brilliant, nothing was to much trouble, he rang back when he said he would, and he gave a realistic lead time on my order which was met to the day! He is an absolute credit to his employer. I was given a delivery slot of two hours and the windows were delivered bang in the middle. It is so refreshing when a company keeps its promises, especially in the construction industry when down time can be very expensive. The delivery driver was very helpful unlike some suppliers who just want to get off. Steve Leaverland.

Brilliant product and brilliant support.

Shoutout to Mat who gave very detailed and quick responses to a stuck door problem.

I have bought an escape window from Wooden Windows, Leon has been extremely helpful with my many questions (having never bought one and not really wanting to put one in my period building!). Thanks - can't wait to see it.

I've received an excellent service and product from a company that actually cares. Having had difficulty sourcing a new, measured and bespoke window to match my existing, Woodenwindows worked out a specification and price the same day and delivered in a remarkable 10 days. A special thanks to Mat, for all the quick, patient and and helpful replies to my emails. The delivery was on the day promised and spot on time, with a cheerful and very helpful driver.

My experience has been 100% positive and I'm happy to recommend this firm without any hesitation at all

Very high quality windows, fitted our building project perfectly. British made and delivered bang on time.

Especially excellent was the pre-sales and after-sales service, which was extremely responsive, clear and very helpful. I wish that our building had been 10% as good!

Very pleased with the service and the product. Ordering was very straight forward mainly due to the team at Wooden Windows. Even after accidentally throwing away a few screws, the team, especially Leon were extremely helpful.
I Would highly recommend.

First place I always go for wooden windows and stairs always helpful from start to finish,

If the window is as good as the ordering process then I will be super happy. Leon provided rapid, relevant and comprehensive info to make ordering my slightly modified kit window very straight forward. I only hope the assembly and installation go just as well then I'll be back for more.

Great company. Excellent customer service from Mathew Knight-Burton, very helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. These are exceptional windows. We ordered a beautiful sash and a couple of casement windows which compliment our old house perfectly. We plan order many more!
