Straight forward order and delivery.
Helpful communication and updating.
Good quality product that was everything we’d hope it would be.
Thank you for being reliable and and providing the service expected.

I was drawn to Wooden Windows by the straightforward window design tool on their website. From then on the service has been very good. When final tweaks were needed to the doors and windows prior to order, Leon was responsive and accurate with the modifications. The production lead time was as initially promised, with delivery by experienced in-house drivers, not outsourced. Delivered product is exactly to the order, and quality looks very good. The only minor issue was one door that was held up in manufacture and missed the initial dispatch, but WW advised me of this beforehand and have now delivered the item one week later as promised, and kindly provided some timber offcuts for stain samples. Overall a very good service and product.

Easy to use website to make own window to own specifications, after being quoted over two thousand pounds for a window without fitting I couldn’t afford it so come across this company and put in measurements and details of the window I wanted, I then submitted and paid for the window, a gentleman then called me and said by the way this window you have selected doesn’t open and asked me if that was what I wanted, after pointing out the mistake, he corrected it for me, after waiting around two weeks the window was delivered with care, and the quality of the window is unbelievable, I can’t recommend this company enough thank you

Great product. What made the whole process so good was the attention to detail which included everything you could possibly need to install and glaze the window.
As a bespoke joinery item, I don't think it could be bettered.

Excellent quality and speedy delivery. Easy to contact and helpful when you do

Initially, very good, enthusiastic and keen but, on delivery they provided a door that was too narrow - and too thin - in spite of being supplied with clear drawings.

They wouldn't accept culpability. Offered a token, tiny compensation which was not accetable.

As customers we rely on suppliers grasping the requirements and delivering accordingly. It's not for us to know what they know. Know what I mean ?

Disappointed.

I have used this company quite a few times, Its so easy to use the door and window online designer, and such a lot of choice, the products I ordered were made really quickly, and delivered to my door by a friendly and helpful driver, the fitting instructions were easy to follow, and the build quality excellent, any queries I had were answered immediately over the phone, by a real person. I cannot fault this company .

I have ordered quite a number of windows from this company on the advice of my builder and am delighted with them they are due to be fitted soon. I was assisted by Leon through the order system and also on some advice I needed afterwards and his knowledge and approach were amazing, guiding me to the right specification which I needed ! Thank you

If I could give more stars then I would! This company is amazing, their products are incredibly well made and good quality, not to mention reasonably priced. Their customer care is second to none! We had to contact them a couple of times (not because they did something wrong) and they dealt with our queries on the day we contacted them and got both issues resolved within minutes. We also bought some stairs from stairbox (their sister company) and they are the best stairs our carpenter has installed, he said they were fantastic quality and very reasonably priced. If you need windows or stairs, definitely use this company because they are excellent.

Thanks Leon! amazing customer service appreciate your understanding and support throughout.

I would just like to say dealing with Chris at Wooden Windows has been a pure pleasure I was a bit wary to start with, but the product is incredibly good and the service is good and I felt the prices were very good as well. So highly recommend.
