David did repairs to the hardwood flooring in my home to a very excellent standard. He explained everything to me as he was going along in his work and was very precise and diligent. He has a very kind manner to him and is very professional.
The wooden flooring experts administration was also very professional and available. Their communication was clear and they got in touch with me promptly.
The quality, service and pricing is great.

Initially I was thinking that I can sort out my floor by myself but when I saw how much money have to invest in two materials that considering that I don't have any experience I said that the best option is to get a company and after some research I have found this one and I have to admit that they whole experience was great straight from the beginning when the guy is pick up the phone which for me this is a very important aspect and to the actual work which is more than great and also I wanted to mention that the guys who came to do the floor are very respectful and also I am happy with the quote that they offered which I considered to be a decent price for the work. I am satisfied with their services and this is why I would recommend them!

Had an excellent experience with these guys, we had previously had our floors done by someone else and lets just say it was an unsuccessful experience, but after getting the wooden flooring experts over to refit a new floor (we went with a herringbone solid oak) we were happy to finally have the floor we had wanted for years. Be Warned - my wife and I had a deeply unpleasant and intimidating experience with a man named Tim that’s associated with this company and might even be part owner or director. My wife who’s been Nursing for 50 years made and honest parking mistake yesterday, where he deliberately boxed in our car and when asked to remove his car, he shouted aggressively stated that we are lucky he didn’t smash up our car. His behaviour was rude, hostile and completely unprofessional, leaving my wife shaken. If this is how he treats people, I dread to think how he behaves in business. I’d urge anyone - essentially women and the elderly to stay well clear
