The worse delivery company ever!!! They called me to cancel my order because of a tech problem and order again! I did it and I’m still waiting for my food after 1h waiting!!!!!

We made an order at about 9.30 pm. At around 10.45 that we were checking where the delivery guy was, he was stopped at some house. We contacted with the app again about the man because he was stopped there for like 20 minutes and we thaught he had an accident. Later on at around 11.15 we got a message that our order was complete. We contacted the restaurant and they told us to communicate with wolt through messages. However we had already sent messages and we didnt get an answer. 10 minutes later they replyed banning us for using many accounts even though we only had one.

Awful service making your life only worse. A total waste of time. They will ruin all your plans and you will receive a notification about missing items after you receive your order and then go shopping again. Product lists never up to date, useless support and delivery time they publish is very wrong, far from reality. I have this issue many times with them
Terrible customer service & double payment issues
I had the worst experience with this delivery app. They charged my bank account twice for the same delivery-completely unacceptable! When I contacted their customer service, “represented by the useless agent Christos” they outright denied the issue and were incredibly unprofessional, offering no assistance or accountability whatsoever and he even kept with gaslighting me into believing that there was never any double payment!!!!!
Thankfully, my bank stepped in, confirmed the double payment, also confirmed that Wolt held the amount two times and is now requesting a refund from this useless unreliable company. This proves the app's complete incompetence and lack of responsibility. If my bank hadn't intervened, I would have been left to deal with their mess on my own.
This app is unreliable and their customer service is useless. Save yourself the headache and avoid using this service at all costs.
I have more than 1100 orders and every time I got an issue they mishandled it. But this time it’s the last and never again!!!!
They keep adding charges
They keep adding charges: Service fees, delivery fees...fees fees. Even if the restaurant is 5 meter from your house, trying to make a 7 € order end up being 10€ with them + 3 € delivery. All of this with 0 customer service but yet, they're getting greedy for more money. Yup, the end

THE WORST. ordered vegan sushi and paid extra for soy sauce... told driver to leave it at door. Got a message it was there and opened the door before I even picked it up I saw the dark soy sauce ALL OVER the bottom of the bag DRIPPING from it.. the container had completely emptied all over everything... so no soy sauce, and then naplkins everything ruined. WORST EVER. Cannot believe the dude just left it there like that. Anyone could see it was so damaged. Paid 14 euros ... for what. And when I went to support chat (surprise!) no one answered...

Auful service.All the orders are brought cold and like somebody eaten half of it.My last order had never been delivered but they kept the money I paid.The customer service do nothing to fix their mistakes ,but just tell you through emails to lower down the tones ...and fare well...

We have had some issues as we did not have a street name on our stay in Greece. Couriers had a hard time finding us by coordinates, and Wolt support has been amazing in helping us out with multiple issues during our stay.
Be it order mistakes, delivery issues, running into system limiting our connections from the Villa Wi-Fi or refunding Wolt+, they have been nothing short of amazing.
I had no idea what Wolt was before arriving in Greece, and I have been vey pleasantly surprised by their customer support team. Their app is also up to a good standard when it comes to food delivery services.
Wolt you need to improve your service and not only
I am not a person who orders from wolt often however, my experience has not been great in multiple occasions. Firstly, i orderses two coffees for delivery within the free delivery distance(!) and the order took 1h and 15mins to arrive. The person also said that they are here when called but actually they were not there and had to give them directions. So i tried again but with the pick-up service. Still went wrong as the address on wolt is different than the one the store is. The only reason that there is 2 star is because the credits they gave for the delay. I do not think i will use them again

My order has delivered 2 hours later with horrible condition, I’ve provided the picture to support, however they did not really care.
All they did was 3 bucks credit on my account.
When i spoke to someone from support called “barbare” she did not even care to answer my question and closed the chat immediately.
Enjoy your 3 bucks credit, coz i am not going to use your service anymore.
Wolt Support does not work, when there is problem with food
Wolt is fine and I used to use it often, also paying membership, but when there was problem with food, support does not work, so I gave them money for food I didn't eat. I don't need the money so much, but how can I know it will not happen next time? Will never use wolt again.

Η εταιρεία δεν αξιολογεί τις υπηρεσίες,(και δεν λαμβανει υποψην τα παραπονα των πελατων), που παρέχονται από τα εστιατόρια που συνεργάζεται και έτσι ότι σαβούρα μαγαζί φαγητού και καφέ έχει ανέβει σε αυτή την πλατφόρμα. Απλά μην την χρησιμοποιείτε. Στη δική μου περίπτωση αρνήθηκα να παραλάβω φαγητό που ήρθε μετά από μιάμιση ώρα (μιλάμε για απόσταση 4 λεπτών από το σπίτι μου ) αλλά το καφέ δήλωσε ότι παρέδωσε, η wolt το πιστοποιησε από την πλευρά της ενώ δεν είχε παραδωθει το φαγητό και έτσι πήγαν όλα μια χαρά. Εγώ νηστικός, και τα λεφτά στους άσχετους. Μακρυά από αυτή την εφαρμογή. Είναι ερασιτέχνες και άσχετοι. Δεν θα,έπρεπε να υπάρχουν,στην αγορά.

Literally the worst customer support. My orders came with items missing but i was charged. Money was returned 3 weeks later . It was the same store that always sends 1 out of the 6-7 products i order so i end up paying a 3 euro delivery fee for an item that costs 2 euro.I tried to contact customer support about it and not only did they do nothing about it but instead they freeze both my accounts for supposedly using the same bank card on x2 accounts which is true because me and my wife use the same card on both our accounts . I was the one who told them that I had problems with orders from a store on 2 different family accounts on several occasions,instead of at least apologising they block both of them for “breaking terms”. I guess my and my wife are not individuals according to wolt.
Very bad service and food
Payment has failed 3 times with 3 différent crédit card. It has been accepted when i tried by paypal.
50 minutes delivery planned, i was surprised by so long time to bé delivered. In reality, order was delivered with 20 minutes more delay, it means in 70 minutes, unbelievable !
So, Food arrived cold, meals were disgustable, full of mayonnaise. We threw out half of total order of 45€.
I really do not recommend this service for anyone.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. I had nearly 460 euros charged to my account today for about 10-15 orders, the earliest is an order from March! I'm thinking of taking them to the courts. Anyone else scammed like this?

Wolt app are scammers I ordered food through their app it never arrived they charged me for it and a phantom stranger collected the food on my behalf,they gave me my money back as credit tried to use it today but payment didn't go through customer service is online but not responding don't use them just buy snacks in a corner shop and when you are ready walk physically to any restaurant to buy food
Food arrived cold, for one more time. Wolt did not accept responsibility for it.
The food made a tour of Athens before it arrived to our door, cold of course. We saw the delivery bike picking up the food and were prepared to eat. After 20' we realized that it was in another area further away from ours. After 40 minutes the food arrived cold. Wolt customer service did not accept that a delivery 40 minutes after pick up is unacceptable and pretty much told us, after requesting pictures of the food, that it is normal to eat cold food. I therefore deleted the app and call directly stores that offer delivery.
