Had my valve clearances checked on my s1000xr. I got a detailed video report from Darren and all was okay. He even repaired my loose handlebar controls that were loose ..thank you
I was pleasantly surprised on the repair bill , as cheaper than quoted.

I have just completed my purchase of the new R1300GS and once again it was an effortless and pleasant experience. With Wollaston BMW Motorrad, I always get exceptional, professional service and this time was no different. Owen was really easy to deal with and handled the entire process in a wonderful, friendly and efficient manner, including the part exchange of my previous bike (also supplied by Wollaston). Wollaston Motorrad have been Awesome, From the first time I walked in, having never touched a bike, to ask about their rookie to rider Program where they gave good honest advice with no pressure and showed me around the bikes let me sit on some models to see how they felt. I was introduced to Owen Reed who gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about what route to take to getting my license and owning a bike. A few months later I've passed my test through the BMW rider training and Owen helped me through the process of purchasing a New F750gs. The whole experience has been very accommodating and friendly and really helped me on my journey to becoming a motorcyclist. I would recommend anyone who is interested in BMWs to give these guys a visit.

Great customer service, Owen helped through the whole process. Build time was actually much quicker than expected and bike turned up on time. Communication was good throughout, no issues at all.

I bought a bike from pics and videos as I live some distance from the dealer. Owen was great, very responsive to e mail, did what he said he was going to do, no need to chase him. Would use this dealer again.

Bought an R Nine T from Wollaston. David’s customer service was excellent as I was not local to the bike. They had the bike taken to North Oxford BMW so I could look round and do a test ride.

When I got the bike home there were a few minor issues but Charlie had the bike collected, a courtesy bike dropped off and all the issues fixed.

Couldn't get this particular bike at the time from Woolaston and my go to guy left (Brendan) so I bought at Lind, but always come back here for my bike service. Great service and great team. Take my M2C to Cotswolds BMW as they specialise but for bikes.....Woolaston.

I visited 3 BMW dealerships Norwich, Peterborough and Northampton. All 3 dealers were given the same criteria! I traded in an immaculate GS 1250 for a nice new S100XR. Simple question “how much to change” Buying a new motorcycle to me should be a special experience. And boy oh boy did Owen Read deliver. What a nice professional guy he is. Nothing too much trouble, not in the slightest bit pushy and time was never an issue. A massive thanks to Owen and Woolaston BMW for making my purchase experience the way it should be. Alyn

Excellent professional team at Wollaston Motorrad. Bought a R1250GS and they made the process very easy. Communication was good explained everything and answered all my questions. Delivered the bike on time, would definitely have a return sale.

Approached Wollaston Motorrad to purchase one of their Bmw approved motorcycles. Unfortunately they were not completely honest about the service history!
Disappointing from a Bmw dealer, the motorcycle should not really be in a Bmw showroom in my opinion and should have been traded out!

Wollaston Motorrad is a place that you cannot compare to any other dealership in my opinion.

The customer service and the staffs willingness to go the extra mile, just to make sure you are satisfied, is above and beyond exceptional.

I have dealt with multiple staff members, including jack and Chris from the service department. Who are always a friendly face to see and accommodating to your every need when it comes to your pride and joy. As someone who can be very precious about my bike, they can give you that peace of mind that your motorcycle is being looked after to the best of their care and ability.

The sales team is extremely top tier and I cannot express my gratitude enough with them. Again, I have dealt with multiple salesmen with the magnitude of bikes I have acquired from Wollaston and every time it has been an absolute pleasure.

To name a few, I have dealt with Gary, David, Charlie and rob. All of which have been absolutely amazing. They all greet me and my partner like we are family and apart of the team, welcoming us with coffee and tea even when we feel like we are intruding on a busy day. Nevertheless, it is the small details that make this place and its staff some of the best I have ever experienced and seen.

From the ride out days to the availability to test ride their own bikes. This place truly is like no other.

There is a reason why myself and so many other customers come here when dealing with BMW’s, and it is because this dealership is far beyond the best in the country from the multiple Motorrad places I have been to.

The service team, customer service team, salesmen and managers are all people I would like to take the time to appreciate and give a wholehearted thank you to as sometimes I feel they probably don’t hear it enough.

Extremely hard working individuals and I feel it is a fact that you cannot beat this place.

hi all,purchased my bmw g310r,from wollaston bmw i visited the showroom,the bike team were,helpfull and informative,picked up some usefull tips,from then to delivery was flawless,well done bmw bike team,if you are in the market for a good make of bike,give them a go.

My R9t Racer went into Wollaston Motorrad today for a health check and mot.
Got problems with my knee , so they picked the bike up and delivered it back.
Again, absolutely top class service from the team there.
