My first time ordering from Wolfebay and to start off the packaging came with a photo card of modelling wearing their bikinis which was great inspo for a content creator like myself.
The personalised fruit gems on the bikini is such a great touch to know no one else has the same styled bikini as you. The crotchet feel and colour is a perfect match for myself skin tone can’t wait to model.

I bought the “teal ultimate crochet fruits bikini” for my girls trip to Ibiza and I LOVE IT!!! It has the comfiest padding inside the top which gives you a subtle lift with enough coverage plus coverage on the bikini bottom too. The crochet & embroidery is great quality and is safe to wash. I got so many compliments in this bikini and have had so many wears out of it. Would definitely say best bikini quality I’ve ever purchased.

I ordered a yellow coord set, was sent the wrong item in the wrong size, contacted them via email no reply, contacted via IG and was asked my order number after that no contact, have sent many messages still no contact. Don’t bother, better off buying off Vinted where people are reselling!

Received multiple orders from here and everything has always been amazing. The quality and fit of the bikinis is always perfect and I always receive soo many compliments. My go to place for the best holiday pieces

The most unreal summer pieces, such high quality. Delivery process was super quick, and the packaging they came in was gorgeous. The clothes feel and look so high end and are so flattering. I will definitely be getting my summer wardrobe from here again!

Received my parcel today and I’m super happy.
The hand sewing beads just make the pieces even better, the shipping is estimated so did take 2/3 days later then expected but that’s expected due to the hand sewn nature of the brand I can’t wait to order again! Thank you Danielle for helping me get the pieces in time for my holiday!

Awful customer service. Submitted an exchange request and returned my original item on the 13th of February with recorded delivery, it was received by them on the 14th of February and I have had radio silence ever since. Extremely poor customer service with no answers to emails or Instagram. Would avoid if you don’t want your money to go missing.

Ordered my first set in January was taking for ever to send it didn’t get it at all so they refund me £1.79 for a little bit I was really confused then about 2 weeks later refunded the full amount of the set. They wasn’t replying to me for weeks! I really wanted the set so I re ordered it again and this was the 24th feb and it’s now the 10th of march iv emailed and sent messages and no reply. I did the saver delivery 2-4 days and it’s definitely been way over 2-4! There constantly posting on there social media and they don’t even get back to the customer them selfs.

Complete scam!! Ordered over $150 over 4 weeks ago still haven’t received tracking or whereabouts of the package. Communication non existent. Emails have been ignored. Ordered for a trip which is now next week!! Appalling customer service DO NOT BUY!!!!

Been waiting over a month on my order have contacted them many many times on instagram and email and no response what so ever! absolute scam and bad customer service don’t order from here it’s a waste of money!!!

The most amazing brand and beautiful swimwear designs!! I cannot wait to wear my bikini for my holiday🏝️ communication was amazing and so quick when I realised I ordered the wrong size. The team were so quick to change my order and kept me updated on dispatch. 100% recommend and will definitely buy again♥️♥️♥️

Originally had trouble receiving parcel , got in contact with the customer care team who resolved this for me and sent me out the parcel for next day delivery before my holiday. Such amazing pieces in love with everything I got !

It’s a scam I’ve sent countless emails and messages and no response. I got an email saying my order was shipped but no tracking number and I spent over $200. I leave for vacation in 2 weeks and bought the clothes on the 23rd and paid for 3-7 day shipping, honestly ridiculous

Still waiting 3 weeks later… I emailed 2 weeks after my order was complete, they said

“ Thanks for your email! I’m so sorry for the delay on this - I’m not sure what’s happened here so we care going to get this reshipped for you, you should receive tracking updates within the next 48/72 hours. We are currently going through a very busy period ❤️

It’s is in fact 240 hours and still haven’t received the item Iv tried contacting though instagram and was told

“ Hi lovely - I’m sorry for the delay on this - I can see that you have a tracking number so this would have left us”

Still no whereabouts on the parcel

Do not use this company!!
Ordered my items over a month ago and still not received them, I’ve message them and I got a reply back with an excuse of “TikTok went crazy” and have ignored every message since, still no items received and no refund.
£100 order and still no items!! Will never use this company again and customer service is appalling.

Stay away from this company !!!!! Took ages to finially receive my item and it was the wrong one and they still have not sent the correct bikini and they ignore your messages . So at the moment got no item and they have not refunded me. Not a professional company would never use again

DO NOT BUY. Bought a dress weeks ago and still nothing. Sent multiple emails and no reply. Absolute scam!!
