My items took more than a month to arrive when I had paid for next day delivery. When I was emailing them to ask where they were I was just getting ignored. So I did a chargeback with my bank they then got in contact with me asking me to remove it. My items then came completely different to what was advertised they were awful quality and the whole thing was rushed they looked very tacky. Obviously my holiday had passed due to the length of time these took to arrive so I asked if I could return them for a refund thinking it would be okay as they took over a month to arrive. They said I can return them but only for store credit as they did not issue refunds. We went back and fourth and I just gave up in the end and took the credit note as I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and how careless they are about consumer rights. I returned the items and the store credit hadn’t been applied only once I showed my proof of posting and showing the weight of the parcel sent did they apply this. I then reluctantly went to use the store credit, not that I wanted to order from this company again, and it wouldn’t allow me to pay with the store credit or use a discount code the same time. I emailed and asked why this was and if I could and the response was no as store credit is classed as a discount code which just does not make sense to be at all as it’s a form of payment. The pieces advertised on the website are super cute but it’s only not worth the risk of ordering as they don’t even come the same as the website I’ve had this issue 4 separate occasions ordering embellishment pieces where they’ve come back tacky and mismatched. To not even be liable for a refund it’s not worth it especially the price of the items. The customer service is a joke. And the company wonders why it gets bashed online it never addresses any of its problems and limits their comments on social media.

just recently bought the fruit vest top in white! quality is amazing, not see through at all, the beading is such high quality the detailing is insane, very try to size! the size guide is super helpful

They don’t even deserve one star. I placed an order that took over two months to arrive, with very little communication about its status. I told them that if it didn’t arrive before I went on holiday, I wanted a refund. They chose to ignore my messages, and the order ended up arriving after I got back. Since then, they’ve ignored all my follow-up emails. For a small brand that wants to grow, this kind of customer service is ridiculous. You’re not going to get anywhere with a team like that. I’ll never buy from this brand again.

The fabric is soft, breathable, and has a great fit – not too tight, not too loose. You can tell it’s made with quality in mind. I’ve worn it to the beach, out running errands, and even dressed it up a bit with a light jacket for the evening. I’ve already gotten so many compliments!

Really bad - I ordered a 'linen' blouse - it arrived and it is cheap polyester - really shoddy and made in China - they don't reply to emails and I have requested my bank to refund the money - do not order from this company.

Ordered the white beaded swimsuit and was definitely not disappointed! The fabric was thick and snatched me perfectly🥰 will definitely be ordering again😇 Shipping took a little longer than expected but 100% worth the wait!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I ordered £330 worth of clothes on 13th May. After several emails chasing and instagram DM’s, I finally received some of my order over 3 weeks later. They put a note in the parcel saying I will receive the rest soon (failed to mention in the MANY emails). I emailed over a week ago and asked when I will receive the rest, they said by the end of next week. That week has passed; I still haven’t received it. I have sent them so many emails chasing it up, they’re just ignoring me. They will only reply to you when you claim it back as fraud on your card.

This company is a complete and utter scam, they advertise same day shipping on their website and post on all their social media constantly, but genuinely can’t even ship an order without making a big song and dance about it.

It makes you realise why all their comments are turned off on social media. I suppose the £330 I spent wasn’t enough, but they can advertise same day shipping on their website.

If I could give this company 0 stars then I would! Do not buy from this company! The worst customer service I have ever experienced & end up ignoring you! They also lie! Avoid at all costs & do not purchase from this company- clearly a lot of people are also experiencing the same! They advised me to leave a nice review on trust pilot, which I did as I was happy with my purchase. In return they would send me a £40 voucher- they sent me a voucher code that is invalid & now ignoring my messages & refusing to rectify this! They lie and also false advertise as I never received the voucher I was promised! It seems unless you are a famous influencer they are not interested! Tbh you can get get better quality clothing on SHEIN at a fraction of the price- In Avoid at all costs!

I have ordered a couple times from here over the last year. The most recent experience has been great. They have recently rebranded to the item got sent same day as they no longer have lead times due to expanding the team. I loved the items so much I placed another today. I’ve purchased both a dress and swimsuit from Wolfebayuk and extremely happy with both. Delivery took a few weeks but more than happy with the products I received! Great quality and beautiful beading. Will most definitely be purchasing again!!

Never received my items and ignoring me when emailing them and sending messages on there instagram

If I could put 0 stars I would. I waited months for a delivery that never came to my address when I eventually found it at a neighbours a week after it said it was delivered the beading was falling off and the quality was terrible. They have refused me a refund and have threatened me over email saying there gonna charge me more unless I withdraw my bank refund dispute. Horrible tacky company. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a dress in February and it took about 10 emails and a bad review to be posted for it to be send out by April. The dress its self is nice but the hassle it caused me and I went on holiday and back. I was asked to take down the review in turn for a £50 voucher , I was reluctant at first , but then after having received the dress in the end I removed the review on here. I decided to order an item again to the value of the voucher and even emailed to see its whereabouts and still nothing after 7 weeks now. Such a scam , no idea how the influencers are getting the items to even pose in.

I've purchased from this company many times, on this occasion I ordered the yellow fruits swimsuit, I first made the order on 10th June and chose delivery option for saver delivery (2-4 days) I thought this was brilliant for handmade products. After a week or so I contacted the customer services to see where the order was as I received nothing, no reply. I gave a few more days and sent another - again no reply. After seeing many many reviews oh other customers on here, I emailed again. This time with a response apologizing and offering to send another swimsuit out, I have been waiting to write this review in a hope that I would've either received a refund or the swimsuit - I have received neither. I raised a chargeback with my bank for this as I was without my delivery and the response I got back was absolutely disgusting - threatening me with the accounts department sending me an invoice for £49.99 where this came from I'm not sure as the chargeback was for £37.99 the price I paid. I would never ever order from this company again, not because i don't like their products but because of the lack of customer service.
