I had a very concerning experience with this casino regarding payment handling and account closure.
Multiple transactions were debited from my bank account (totalling several thousand), and I can provide full bank statements confirming these payments. Despite this, I have not received any corresponding refunds, and there has been no clear explanation of where these funds were ultimately settled.
When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was told the account had been closed as a “business decision.” However, this does not address the core issue — funds were taken from my payment method and there is no verified transaction trail confirming any return of those funds.
Additionally, there appears to be a mismatch between account registration details and the payment method used. According to their own terms, this situation should trigger proper review and handling, yet no clear resolution or explanation has been provided.
Attempts to get clarification have resulted in limited responses and eventually a refusal to engage further.
At this point, I am simply requesting:
• Confirmation of whether the transactions were settled, reversed, or returned
• The destination of any returned funds
• Basic transaction/reference details
This has been an extremely frustrating experience due to the lack of transparency around significant financial transactions.

I have been highly disappointed in the casino since January when they suddenly updated their bonus terms and you can no longer request for a bonus and they say the promotions team handles everything now but they do not play any part in free bonuses or loyalty bonus credits like they used to. Its the only reason I stuck with this particular site for so long. Now im not sure I want to keep my account here. I put ALOT in and get the same rewards I get even when I dont make deposits. Not worth it. Take your money elsewhere because theres no rake backs / cashback for your losses. No rewards at all.
