The experience was great with great professionalism. Mr. Mandy Jones was courteous and Patient. I had never heard of this company and I’m glad i was able to book a flight. I just wish the seating selection wasn’t so expensive.

Absolutely horrible experience. They sent a confirmation number, but that confirmation number does not exist. Created unnecessary stressful situation, booked me on the later flight. Will not recommend and will not use it ever again. Stay away from them.

Karl was really helpful and patient while i had questions regarding my booking and helped resolve them.Great experience and would definitely recommend.

The representative Parker is very patient helping me. Although I need to call back again due credit card issues- security . Another representative Gary helped me and closed the transaction. Both have been very helpful and patient although it takes a long time but nobody’s fault… it’s credit card security and it’s understandable.

If I could rate zero I would. Booked a very last minute flight about 3.5 hours before the departure time because the price was way better than last minute flights through the actual carriers (Porter and Air Canada). Received an email immediately confirming the flights were being booked/processed. I called after 45 minutes of no email confirmation, and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I confirmed with them that the flight was in less than 2 hours time. They understood, and said they were rushing my booking. Payment went through on my credit card. They confirmed that meant flight was confirmed and that I should receive the confirmation email with flight information within 30 minutes. 40 minutes later and nothing, I call again. Again they give me the run around. Ultimately, with 10 minutes until check-in closes, they tell me they cannot provide the ticket and have to cancel. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Insane. If you can't provide a flight last minute, then don't sell them last minute! Still waiting for refund - was advised it would take 15 days.... wild.

I had a great experience with Daikho Moore, especially after my recent flight cancellation from Vancouver to Toronto. He was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient in finding and booking me a much more convenient flight.

What I really appreciated was how quickly he understood my situation and took the initiative to find a better option that worked for me. His assistance made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier and smoother.

Due to my error I had to change airport on reservation. Nylah was patient and helped me rebook flight. She search several flights. I greatly appreciate her time she spent with me.

Don’t use them. I booked a flight back in June in 2026 and then two days before my flight was supposed to leave. I’m told there was a glitch however my credit card was charged but almost $500 for the flight. It’s been 10 days now and I still have not received a refund. I just don’t understand what kind of glitch gives a confirmation code bills the credit card but yet I don’t have a flight and they weren’t able to give me a good explanation either, but they kept my money.

Cody was very efficient and patient when helping me change my reservation. It didn’t take long at all and I felt reassured throughout the process. I would definitely recommend his services to others!

I was assisted by Daikho Moore, I had an issue trying to pay for my flight and I called. Mr. Moore was more than helpful, he helped me book a different round trip flight that was the same time frame I needed. Then he helped me pay for it by sending me an email to complete the payment. As frustrated I was at first, went completely away, because he solved every issue I had. He's AMAZING and I'm truly thankful for his help!

I called to cancel my flight within the 24hr window and Robert was able to resolve it for me quickly and clearly. He also looked into the cost difference for changing the flight but ultimately processed the cancellation since that made more sense.
