Roundups
The roundups were helping pay off my loan faster which is a great idea but suddenly it stopped working and am unable todo it any more so a bit disappointed

helps you when it benefits them
they are great when it comes to lending you the money but not so great at helping you out after that. I'm struggling to pay of the loan at current fortnightly repayments. tried to get the loan lowered after paying off 10k so I could have some savings every week. went through a broker who tried to get wiser to pay of the current loan and set it up with new repayments at a cheaper price. you'd think a no brainer right, going from $633 to $430 saving $200 a week, I'd be easily able to pay that off...nope they denied it. left me financially struggling instead.

When applying for my loan was a bit hesitant. I filled out the forms and within minutes of submitting had a person contact me. Talked about my situation and the team did everything in there power to help best for my finances. I'm a very happy customer alot less stressed and would tell anyone to go with these guys.
