I disconnected our service after being a loyal customer for 3 years. I was told to mail back the modem, I never recieved a shipping label sent to my address. I told the lady on the phone I could not print one off my email. She ensured me I would receive one in the mail. I still have to modem and they will not allow me to return the item since my allotted time frame is up. I was told if I now mail it to the billing address they will mail it back to me and I now owe for the item. This is going against my credit. I’m very angry with this process.
ED did a great job.My problem is it took 4 days before I could receive service.It would seem they need a little faster turnaround.

Had email service with Yhti.net for years. They then became Wisper and things changed Large photos were impossible to receive and other small issues related to how they recognized spam. Could not get some emails, but it was great having a secure email with only occasional spam getting through. Somewhat clunky and hard to set up for convenience. Evidently they tired of providing an email account, so they decided to charge a large service fee to handle my small email account's billing. Evidently this was so I would go away. Which I am, sadly.

For our business, we need faster speeds and when there is a outage, cannot reach anyone in customer service.

Our internet had slowed down. The tech was kind and considerate. It only took him about 20 minutes to get us up to speed.

I was having trouble receiving a signal due to line of trees blocking it. It took several trips, which they did willingly, as they had to get creative. Several changes were made and signal has never been better.

Speeds are not always delivered as advertised, even with only using one device on a crystal clear day. Prices are inflated due to no competition in our area.

I have had Wisper since they bought out Mt Vernon Net and it is awesome!! We are very satisfied with Wisper! Whenever I do have an issue and have to call Tech help, it always feels like a friend walking you through the steps. The guys never make you feel dumb cause you needed help! They are all great at Wisper!!
