Initial service not great...will it improve?

UPDATE 2: Since my last update the phones I ordered arrived today. The CSR I spoke with told me that three of the five phones I ordered weren't in stock so he upgraded me to a later model. Although the initial experience was not great the company did follow through as promised. Clearly they have a few teething issues but they are genuine and did honor what they said they would do.

UPDATE:
Apparently their system was down which I found out through using their chat feature. I called their number again after at least 20 attempts during the day and it actually went through to someone.

The guy I spoke with seemed helpful and said he would dispatch the phones either today or tomorrow and confirm it in an email. I'll keep my fingers crossed to see if they follow through. If so I will upgrade their review rating...

ORIGINAL REVIEW
I placed an order 5 days ago for five phones. The order confirmation email says that it will take 4 to 5 days for the order to arrive and that I would receive a tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.

We are now at day five, I haven't received a tracking number nor have I received the phones. This is a RED FLAG so I have now read the reviews and they say this company doesn't respond to emails, never answers the phone and the person on the live chat hangs up.

Alas, I tried calling and the phone rings out. I tried emailing and as yet no response. I tried the live chat and it doesn't work at all.

I have now accessed my account to check the order and it says it will be delivered in two more days. I clicked on the tracking info and there is none.

I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed.

I recently purchased a new Samsung flip from Wise Market for a great price. I am very happy with my dealing with this company.
There was a minor issue with shipping. The company quickly responded to my inquiry and kept me well informed, thanks Tom.
My phone arrived within the time frame they gave me. It was also well packaged.
Given my experience with Wise Market, I will definitely purchase from them again

Really bad customer service

I received the wrong colour then spoke to one of the team member who said they will contact me the next day which never happened! I tried to call several times.
No answer and considering that they are 24/7 service…

Dont not deal with this company.i was a vendor selling phones and these guys are scetchy . they never respond to customers on time. and dont even pay out the vendors.

I ordered a brand new iPhone 13 through a vendor on wise market 12 days ago. My order still says 'open' there has been zero contact from the vendor.

I must of called wise market themselves 40 times only to be answered once and was told there had been technical difficulties but I'd be able to call any time from now on.

That was not the case I have not been able to get back in contact with them via phone.

They responded to my emails every 3 to 4 days saying they have put in a urgent request with the vendor. Then write the same thing a few days later.

I am overly frustrated with this situation. They are holding my money and there hasn't been contact for days.

Its already been one month i havent…

Its already been one month i havent received my refund yet i bought Oneplus 12R and it got some network related issue so i send it back at they send me mail regarding refund and told me to work in my problem in 5to 7 days and after that ask for my bank detail and then every time i mail them they are just replying with I have followed up with the relevant team again and emphasized the need to expedite your refund. As soon as the process is completed, we will share the refund receipt with you promptly.

Buyer beware

I purchased a refurbished phone from Wise Market on the 11th of March. It had a battery charging issue from the start. After 2 months the battery died. I sent the phone back and was given a replacement on the 29th May.
Unfortunately the replacement phone developed the same issue and eventually died also. I returned the phone on the 12th September at my expense. I received a message on the 24th September saying they were waiting on a response from the vendor. I contacted them again on the 29th September asking for an update. I received a reply on the 1st October stating that if they hadn't heard from the vendor within 24 hours they would supply a full refund. It's now the 9th October and I haven't heard from them again. I've tried calling their customer support number but it just rings out. I would never deal with them again. They end each email with " Have a blessed day " Unfortunately my experience has been the opposite.

I have now received a refund ( for the phone but not the postage ) on the 12th
October. This is no doubt in response to my negative review.
