What a rare opportunity and wonderful experience it is to attend a men only retreat. I was so happy to arrive and find other like minded men of all ages and all walks of life who were friendly and open to conversation and connection. No ego in sight, just men being relaxed, authentic and enjoying a really lovely day.
The day itself was amazing. Hosted in a wonderful countryside location, not at the usual a village hall or industrial site. The retreat was so well organised and run, with time indoors and outdoors. Each activity or experience was delivered to such a high standard by masters with passion for what they were offering from breathwork to sound bath to forest bathing and the famous Wim Hof ice bath. Lunch was freshly prepared and cooked onsite by an very talented chef 😋. Facilities were excellent, our hosts Mike and Julian are so passionate about what they do and making the mens retreat special. I left the day with much gratitude for the experience, feeling very fulfilled, relaxed, lighter and brighter. I would recommend this retreat to any man.
