Their website was easy to navigate to try and find the right wipers for my car which made it a lot easier to purchase them. They look great and work much better than the standard type that I usually buy. Overall I’m very happy with their service with super fast delivery and application. Will be happy to buy from Wipertech again.

I came home from a camping trip yesterday and placed an order with wipertech in the afternoon . The packet was delivered the next day and that to a rural address and its not a one off as we had the same service before from wipertech - well done thanks , absolutely awesome service.

Needed new wipers urgently. This company's website says order before midday and will be dispatched same day or delivered within 1-3 business days. Placed order very early in the morning of 28 January 2026.
I expected them the next day, when I hadn't heard anything after 3 business days I went on their website and used the Help box. I received an apology and said they would leave the factory that day. Waited 3 more days. Again contacted the website. Again apologies, saying all the right things and they would chase order. I said they really needed to communicate with customers if there were delays instead of just leaving them hanging. After still not receiving the wipers I messaged the company via their Facebook page, Instagram and email. Finally getting a reply that the wipers I had ordered were out of stock and I would receive them as soon as they came in.
Received wipers 9 February 2026, 12 days after placing order. This review is about their customer service. I understand delays in supply, just keep in touch with your customer or risk receiving a review like this.

I like how the wipers clear the water off the screen.
I dont like how the wiper blade on the left side left a mark, the length of the wiper blade on the screen. The mark is located where the wiper blade changes direction at the mid point of its sweep. Ive tried to wipe it off to no avail.

Very organized company with great communication! I had a warranty issue that was handled within hours with no fuss or hesitation. Liz took care of my order and had organized a refund with pleasant emails straight away. Very impressed!!

Easy to order, fast delivery, so simple to install, better than the original Toyota wipers that used to make a noise. Recommended.

Replaced my wipers on my cx-5 and did get a bad batch but customer service was 10/10. Less than 1h to reply to me and had a replacement pair sent out the next day. Blades are really nice a lot better then my older ones but the frame is really solid and secure on them would buy just for the frame. Blades are even pretty easy to replace on them if that's your thing.

Lack of communication and poor product. Wipers jumped right from the start and even had wiper jump out of its bracket scratching windscreen. Wiper techs response was give it time to settle in. It’s been over a year and is so terrible. WARNING! Don’t throw away your original piece that you have to pull off to use Wipertechs as no other brands for theirs so your stuck using there wipers unless go back to manufacturer and get wiper bracket. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

the chances of me ordering and receiving the correct wiper blades for my car were pretty slim. i googled and a clear image of 3 blades with fiat 500. 2007-2022 popped up. $99 a good price AND free delivery, definitely worth the risk. they arrived within a couple of days, delightfully simply packed - a lot of thought had gone into that as well - it looked like it was going to be a clean job. i immediately went on line to see how to fix them and an email had just arrived from wipertech, with a really short video instruction on how to do just that. unbelievable. within 5 minutes all 3 wipers were replaced. they'd thought the whole thing through. absolutely fantastic.
