Randall who replied to my email about requesting a refund of my donation made the difference. He replied promptly to my message and issued a refund the same day and I received back on my credit card within a couple of a days.

I can tell that they are the real thing that I am willing to support! I’ve had times of responding to other groups and I had to stop supporting them…
But keep up your great work and I am happy and confident that your group is the real thing! Thank you!

WINRED gives other right wing folks the opportunity to share their feelings with one another without having to defend who they are. A family united with God and Trump as our Maker and Guide to Right.

My transaction went very smoothly with WinRed. They have a colossal job handling all of the transactions for donations to Republicans and Conservatives. However there's one thing that I wish they would change. For those of us who do not like texts, I wish they would give the opportunity to not enter our phone number for texts. You have to enter the phone number in order to process the transaction. My opinion.

WinRed was quickly responsive to my questions.

They explained the process they go through to produce the calendar and the time period it takes.

It s very easy in this app to unintentionally give a donation or a repeating donation. When this happens it is impossible to reach WinRed by phone and they do not respond to their text stream. I somehow have a repeating donation of $100 and it took me three months to realize what was happening and cut this off with my credit card. I wrote a request for a refund on their site for all three months and have heard nothing. It is a shame I can’t continue the small donations I usually make but I DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, and I question the integrity of the folks running it. If they make this right I’ll repost but I’ve already waited over six weeks to hear back from them.

donated one time and they set me up on a reoccurring payment, not only once but four times a month. Not only that they have sold my information to other organizations. I repeatedly asked them to stop charging me and refund me no response. I’ll be filing a CFPB complaint against them as you should as well. And getting an attorney on Monday. There’s no proof that they even give your money to the right cause anyway. Do not donate.

WinRed is a good organization who manage donations from those who support the Conservatives. A time or two when a mistake was made, they were quick to correct the mistake. When you have a person in government that you want to donate to, use WinRed to support them.

So after discovering that even if you delete your phone number from the platform, it just gets repopulated, and the spam texts keep coming, and there is NO way to unsubscribe or even contact "support", I put up a one-star rating. In response I got an email thanking me for my positive review and offering the opportunity to post another 5-star review. I don't think so! Here is another 1-star review.

The WinRed agent, (Josh) was helpful in getting me my $50.00 refund, which I unintentionally donated.
Thanks to Josh my mistake was corrected.

Hi, it's Carl Engelhardt Jr. I really resonate with the Republican National Committee, Republican National Senatorial Committee, and the Republican National Congressional Committee.

I have donated over $100,000, most even after clicking for the donation not to be monthly. Despite this, only 2 days were refundend and I’ve asked for rectification numerous times. They sent a message that they were “BUSY.” I don’t want to alert the media, but I fear it may be my only option.

You helped me take care of my problem. I will always vote Republican. President Trump is the best President in my 77 years of life. Fetterman is speaking out against the evil left too. I was diagnosed with dementia over5 years ago and forgetting more. I am so glad you helped before I forget more.

My senior father signed up to make a small campaign contribution. WinRed has a checked box in small print that gives them authority to make additional contributions to other campaigns.
Over $20,000 pulled from his debit and credit cards and I can't get the other campaigns to return money. WinRed says they have no liability after 60 days. He continues to get 50+ texts a day and as many emails. Some days his cards were hit more than 25 times

Cancelled my recurring donation I had made in error and refunded the additional donation.

I spoke to a woman on the phone regarding my donation. She was articulate, friendly, and explained exactly where my contribution would go.

SCAM, DO NOT RESPOND TO DONATION REQUESTS

WINRED has everything to do with you receiving 20 plus spam text messages a day. They are liars, cheats, and will scam you. DO NOT USE WINRED. Funny, I donated 25 dollars once to WINRED and the spam I received after that for months forced me to change my number.
