Not happy with this site I deposited money not problem and it comes to withdrawing money. They make it a big problem they’re not the biggest fan just transferring it straight back into your account. They want all the information about you your name your address, the postcode to bills, driving license passport, everything very wary, be careful.

I joined up here to winomania. Shortly after joining up deposited by pay via phone bill and trustly totalling £100 in total.
Also got a deposit match which live support give me a code for to make sure I got credited a bonus.
Good variety of slots and live casino games, don't get me wrong a few more slots could be added and providers but no biggie.
Went onto one of my favourite roulette games immersive hit some good numbers something sites don't normally give when your a new player as quickly as that.
Then headed to the rasputin by BTG slot game on 80p spin hit around a £90 win a few spins in, was surprised.
Lightning roulette was also great with a 100x on 3 with £2 on.
Went on to cashout £550 to trustly which was processed next morning around 8am on a weekday, if your playing on a weekend you'll have to wait until Monday to make aware but no issue there at all.
Overall this casino for me is 5 stars, for Game Fairness, quick withdrawals, Live Support is great, and alot of bonuses.

Dreadful organisation with zero customer care
We need the option to give minus stars. Inadequate web chat facility. Non existent customer service. Registered in Malta of course so no point in complaining about their behaviour. In response to the person so pleased to have "won" £200 on a bonus. You can't withdraw bonus balances so that's another con. There are thousands of these sites, some as bad, some a bit better, try a few before deciding who you want to give your money to. And as they like to say "please play safe".

Probably the worst gambeling site I have ever been on avoid at all costs.
They hang on to your withdrawal request for as long as possible blaming it on taking your turn. I think taking 5 days to even review your request is way too long.
If you try to take cash out they want your driving licence and a copy of your card. But they arecquite happy taking cash from you with no ID required. Very very poor service.

I see lots of poor reviews and want to share my genuine experience of Winomania which has been excellent. ID verification took just one day, no issues at all. I'm a fairly new customer, just a few months, but last week I was lucky enough to have an unexpected huge five figure win for a low stake. I received the full amount within just 4 working days by wire direct to my bank account. They had used my bank statement as prof of address instead of income hopefully that’s it all sorted

UPDATE: Was asked to provide source of funds £150 loss limit imposed, contacted customer support and was told I could continue with the loss limit, not needing to send payslips so did not send, they locked my account anyway. LIARS, DO NOT TRUST. Withdrawal times are too slow, i am verified user. No bonus used to deposit and just played and won (for a change), this should be processed immediately, now been waiting 3 days, just not good enough nowadays, limited games as well, better casinos out there to be honest.

Fantastic website and offers exactly what it states.
Withdrawals may be slightly slower than other sites, which I had my doubts about but every withdrawal has been processed the next day without fail so although they may not be done in a couple
of hours, you can guarantee they will be done asap.
Maybe could do with one or two more game providers but it does look like they are working on that which is great.
