Absolutely shocking because of their new terms and conditions I won £200 last week and they want my name date of birth phone number and a load of personal details which I find bizarre and they just keep trying to put me off and they still haven’t paid it out. The wines suggested to me were perfect - even from a vague ‘no Australian, I love Italian reds’ Laura managed to select some cracking wines for me. My favourite so far is the Contiscaia Governo Toscano, but they have all been outstanding. I don’t drink very often and I am particular about my wine, I can highly recommend Winomania to find something to suit any palate. The best bit- you can try it first!

firstly when i deposited on this site, I assumed I was getting a match it bonus but unfortunately i never received 1 so i just played with what i deposited.
on my first slot game i managed to hit a bonus of 1250x my stake on 20p spins. Great.....so then i decided to start going through the verify process sending document after document.
As an idiot i carried on playing until this was sorted on 20p spins.
well would you believe me if i told you I lost the lot, its like all of a sudden my account was at 80% rtp on every slot. They all felt dead and nothing was happening. On 1 slot i must of spent £80 trying to get a simple bonus and it would not do anything, DEad spins galore....it was really annoying me big time, tried another slot £60 down on 20p spins again nothing was happening. Then funny thing was my account got verified and it felt even worse than what i was experiencing.

A very bizarre experience with Winomania. They locked my account because their systems believe I sent a forged document. I literally took a photo of my driving licence and sent it to them. I hadn't won anything which makes this all the more bizarre. But be aware that they are doing stuff like this and I was told there is no way to get my account unlocked, so guess I'll find somewhere else to spend my money (where I'm not accused of forging documents 😂)

Withdrawals are shockingly slow. 5 days after they "sent" my withdrawal it hasn't been received.
They refuse to give me a Trustly transaction ref, so I can trace the payment and see the history. The balance of probabilities, suggests they are actually lying to me.
I'd avoid this casino at all costs if I were you. If you have a look through the reviews and filter out the raging angry ones, you'll see that my story is repeated many times by others. Sigh.
I certainly won't be risking my money with them ever again, and I'll be closing my account.
The full version:
So, after withdrawing a nice little win of £430 at 7am on Saturday, using Trustly, which Winomania call "Instant Bank Transfer", I receive and email at 10am, to say I'd been paid.
However, my bank balance did not agree.
Now, bearing in mind that Trustly has always been an instant payout with every other casino in which I've played, I went to the Winomania live chat later that Saturday to ask where my money was.
Immediately they quoted their T&Cs, and told me bank transfers take 4-8 banking days. They had paid it. The problem was with Trustly or my bank, and no concern of theirs.
I have two issues with this,
Firstly, I clicked the "instant" bank transfer button, not the "4-8 banking day" bank transfer button.
Secondly, the Trustly website states- normally instant, but a maximum of two working days for payment to clear into your account.
It's normal to wonder why my instant transfer wasn't instant. It's not normal to immediately cite T&Cs stating that instant transfers take 4-8 working days. Eh?
To top it all off, according to Trustly, if Winomania had sent payment, I'd have received the money by Wednesday latest. As in Yesterday.
Now, I could trace this missing payment, I have all the required information, I lack only the reference number from the Trustly payment.
Only, Winomania won't give it to me. Why on earth not, I hear you ask?
Well, there's no reason why any fair and open casino would withhold that info.
The only possible reason not to give me the ref, would be to hide the fact that they did not in actual fact send my money on Saturday. Perhaps they've not even sent it at all yet. But that would mean they openly lied to me!
So please Winomania. Send me my money, and please send me the ref and prove you sent it Saturday.
I'll update my review to reflect the fact you were being honest, if that turns out to be the case. However......
I work in the industry (28 years) and hold a PML (UK licenced since '99), please bear that in mind before you go ahead and make your erroneous claims that UK legislation causes your delays, as you've done elsewhere.
If you chose to maintain that position, I will laugh maniacally while dismantling your pathetic made up excuses.
Added on Friday 4th July:
Today I visited the Winomania Live chat and insisted they provide me with the Trustly payment reference, so that I can run a trace on the payment.
Wouldn't you know? Live chat after a short pause, 90 seconds perhaps, advised me that today they are experiencing technical difficulties with Trustly and they will be unable to provide me with that information.
But they informed me that I should "rest assured" that they were working hard to rectify the issue and they would update me in due course.
I pointed out that the payment was made on Saturday, not today, so the technical issue should have no bearing.
I suggested they simply log in their bank and take the reference from the actual payment they sent.
Failing that, have a look at the casino management software and take it from the list of my banking transactions. Or from the cashier/banking list of transactions completed on Saturday,
Or any of the numerous places that ref would be recorded for record keeping and cross referencing purposes.
To which they responded by advising me that today they are experiencing technical difficulties with Trustly and they will be unable to provide me with that information.
They once again were pleased to advise me in how I might maintain a proper attitude, with the instruction that I should "rest assured" that they were working hard to rectify the issue and they would update me in due course.
So Winomania. I would suggest that it's now clear, you did not send the payment on Saturday. You lied to me directly. Prove me wrong, I'd love that, I welcome it.
I accuse you of blatant direct lies. Which would be a serious breach of the key licencing objective to be fair and open.
That's a serious accusation. It's not delusional ranting and raving, about some phantom cheating, with a reality of a skewed perceptive after a small sample size of random events cause me to have a run of bad luck, that I mistakenly perceive as impossible.
My accusation is rational and evidence based.

The withdrawl is not right I deposit with trustly as withdraw thru trustly as its all instant now they have processed my withdrawl and say it's not them it's an issue with trustly and there is nothing g they can do ha r asked for a reference number so I can follow this up with trustly and they say they cant provide one and that there technical team are working on this but trustly tell me there is no issues but without a reference number they camt look further into this and winomania won't give me one

The slowest withdrawl process I've ever seen. Most casinos do instant withdrawals or proces them within a matter of hours but not this site. 2 working days is just dumb and there is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for it to take that long once a customer is verified. I have been a supposed VIP member for over 2 years and just recently winomania have decided to ignore my emails to the loyalty department. I have played thousands of pounds here. Absolute joke was due £410 to go into my account but only £210 went in at 9 in morning. I notified them I was missing another £200 and was told it was sent in four £50 payouts and the delay was my bank to blame. I knew that was nonsense my bank never withhold any payme ts sent to me but I checked with them to verify this they told me had they payment been processed correctly it would be in my account like the £210 I told winomania this and they replied it had been sent so bank told me to get reference number and since asking for that my replies have stopped. This has taken up all day so now being after mid night I've checked bank again and still no £200. Absolute joke of a casino xxxupdatexxxx money still not in my bank but a refund only sent dinner time ,ast night from just eat has went in. Asked winomania again this morning for reference number as bank required it there reply was they don't have one and I've to wait 8 days before getting back to them. I think not!!!

One of the worst casinos I’ve played with. The wagering requirements are ridiculous and no way to check your progress. I tried many of the games and only hit 2 bonuses which paid next to nothing. I’m aware it’s mainly down to luck and such with slots but it gets a bit suspicious when every single one is bad and never gives even a small win. The game variety isn’t great either.
