UPDATED REVIEW- Was a 1* review before becausw of Reema in customer service but Chloe rang me and apologized sorted out my issue with me and really showed me great customer service skills. She made sure I feel heard as a customer and she is really great at her job, a credit to the company. Now a happy customer 5* review based on Chloe.

I have updated my review today (previously 1 star) due to the amazing customer service I received from Chloe and her dedication to sorting out my delivery issues spanning the previous month. Still 3 stars as bed is great but I had a terrible customer service experience before she got involved and website does not reflect reality in terms of delivery lead time and “fast & free” delivery which it isn’t either of them., if customer service that she has shown is reflected in their future orders and they amend their false advertising on the website they could get much higher review scores in the future.

Zero consistency in communication - it was only when I chased for an update on the requested delivery date change I found out it was still due to turn up on the day I said I wouldn't be in!

They're also refusing to give me a refund for chosing express delivery because apparently Nowich is a "remote area of the UK".

Can't comment on the quality of the bed frame because it won't arrive until they next decide to deliver to the area.

Avoid at all costs.

Purchased 3 mattresses, all received in good time and all of excellent quality. Would definitely recommend if your looking for mattresses m, great quality & great prices.

The beds are exactly as it’s shown😊the mattress are very comfortable😌so yes really happy!
The only thing that I’m not happy it’s the person who bring the staff didn’t help me at all.

Mattress was bought for my 16 year old son . So far he his delighted and thinks he actually sleeping better . Would recommend

First time using this company for my daughter’s king size velvet crush ottoman bed? Ho my god it’s fantastic it looks stunning loads of space under the lift up ottoman. I will definitely be buying another one. Also just to comment when the bed arrived the delivery driver was fantastic. Xxx Thankyou

Great mattress, it’s not to soft and not to hard. Brought for my daughter was unsure whether it would be suitable but it’s perfect. She usually comes and invades my bed but I cannot help but to jump in hers now because it’s so cosy. So happy delivery was great and so was all communication.
