I have seen amazing transformation in my skin quality in 21 days
Customer service was so helpful and offered me great advice and assistance. The products, I have seen amazing results in just 3 weeks. My skin is heaps better and my pigmentation is definitely lifting and getting more sporadic. I am aware my pigmentation will appear darker again before it completely clears as the lower levels come up to the surface to be shed. I would never have known this without Bianka's informative videos.

Excellent results

I paid an extra $16.00 for an express shipment state states 1 - 4 days and on the 19/2 and I still have not received my purchased item a week later.

Very personalised service. Prompt replies . You can tell you are dealing with people who genuinely care.
Noticeable difference!
The bundle package has been amazing, I have been using it now for a few weeks and certainly notice lighter pigmentation and brighter skin. I use morning and night and ensure I always use sun screen.
I will continue to use the products with hopefully more improvement but overall I am very satisfied!

Yes of course I sent 2 reviews to try to reach out and to try to get them to respond, which finally they have below. But how strange and very sad how they did not call or text me or leave a voicemail via the phone number I provided as requested by them, to try to
discuss, resolve/fix this. Also how would they have traced any email from me as I stated open and honestly previously that I used a different email address to the one I am using now???
If they had called me on the phone number I supplied I would have provided it to them for their search.
I notice that all the negative reviews that they get on here, they do not seem to try to fix things; that would be the mark of a reputable and a great customer focussed company.
Why on earth would I lie about emailing my photos, what would I gain? There is another review on here that says that they did the same thing to them, would we both be lying about sending our photos as we were requested? Instead they either ignore, challenge, or deny the review, as in this case. Is this the easier option? Please, try to resolve, not hit back at your customers. This totally sums up what I said before, very poor customer service, proved in their response below. I would have been more than happy to provide proof of my emails and discuss. But why bother with me? I am just a person who was trying be their customer and purchase their products, what a waste of my time and energy, this has been.
If they were to call me now, I would not waste my breath on them, having already wasted so much time, so no need to bother now.
End of story.
1st Update: I received an email from Trustpilot saying that Windyigarn would like me to provide my full name and telephone number so that they can check if my review is legit. I have provided my first name as I don’t know why I should trust them to give my surname after they kept my photos, I have provided my phone number so they can call me. The emails states that if they don’t hear from me within 3 days this review will be deleted. Funny how I never heard from them in 3 months and they are giving me 3 days. ( to be fair, I am not sure if this comes from trustpilot, or from them though) So if this review disappears , it’s because they wanted my surname too and I did not give it. By the way if Windyigarn read this, the email address I sent my initial enquires from is different from this one, I am more than happy to provide the proof.
I have seen another review on here which states they did similar to someone else who provided photos, I just do not understand why?
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company has zero customer service. They invite you to email if you need help choosing products, which I did. They asked me to send photos of my skin,
which I did. I never heard from them again, even though I sent follow up emails . I also commented on one of their facebook
pages that I thought they had forgotten me, but they still didn’t respond.
I am angry that I trusted them with my photos and believed they wanted to help. It leads me to believe they are dishonest and have kept my photos of my face to use as they wish, I wish I never trusted them. I also think they saw my photos and knew that their products would not help and did not want to embarrass themselves as their advertisement states and makes such high claims of helping with hyperpigmentation.
I conclude that they are a scam and dishonest and have no care or time to help customers when it comes down to it.
I went with another company in the end who just could not do enough to help me and their products are great and genuine and not so over priced. The other company I went with make time for their customers.
I think a company who cannot give customers their time and who asks for something so personal as my photos and then stop responding when they receive them is in the least trustworthy and certainly not worth my money.

I put it on, felt that light tingly burn and I knew I was going to get results, and I definitely did, I’m excited to try the next product:) Saving up those points!

Products feel amazing and are easy to apply, however after 12 months of using all products and following all instructions I haven't noticed any difference in my melasma or hyperpigmentation which is why I purchased initially.

I’m on to my second bundle which…
I’m on to my second bundle which includes the mandelic serum so I learnt by my first purchase to go easy on the pumping of the serum as it lasted me a little under 4 weeks. Well this second lot I’m on to I stuck to only one pump twice a day and I ran out three days ago and I’m pretty sure I only received it approx 20 days ago so was hoping to make it last longer. As much as it is finally starting to improve my skin i unfortunately will have to look at other alternatives with these ingredients which is such a shame as I do enjoy using these products.
