I must admit that since I got aligned with Windsor broker in 2020; I have not looked at any other platform with so much of collaboration. There has never been any issue w.r.t Transfer In and Transfer Out.

Never ever I had a complaint about the extra or unwarranted swap or commission while I always keep on fighting for further reduction.

The relationship manager Maya Beaini ends up talking to me more about how they can help me more rather then any trivial issues.

Poor customer service. I’ve wrote over FOUR emails, and contacted support through the app yet I haven’t received an any assistance to my issue. It has been over a week waiting for a response to no avail. When I wrote a review the first time I was told to email support for the fourth time explaining my issue— to which I did. Four days later….NO RESPONSE. Absolutely poor.

While they wrote in the site there is NO Deposit bonus, after registration and KYC, I asked them how to move forward and they told me the it's not available in my region, I asked them politely WHY aren't you writing that on the site..? they instantly Closed the chat on me while saying this is for crypto customers servies only.

I followed all of the regulations, and they closed my account and took all of my monie; what a waste of efforts and time. I believed this was a legitimate broker, but I was mistaken. If transparency and fairness are important to you, stay away. I filed legal action against this so-called trade site and received the money I was promised. Windsor Brokers will treat you with no regard.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Windsor Brokers. My withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I’ve received vague, unhelpful responses with no real resolution.
