You're right that the trial includes 10 data sources while the paid plan starts at 3, and we should have made that contrast more visible before you upgraded. That's on us, and it's useful feedback.

A bit of context on the thinking: we designed the trial to be generous on purpose, so people can plug in everything they're considering and properly test the product before committing. The paid tiers are structured differently, and most users have responded well to the change since we rolled it out a few months ago — but your review is a good reminder that the transition between trial and paid needs to be clearer.

I recommend Windsor.

I recommend Windsor.
We are using it to track the investment performance and to import funnel data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads and Tiktok.
In like a year, we've had two problems with importing data and they were resolved very fast (no more than 2 hours...).
Support is fast and they give quality responses.

Found as an alternative to Supermetrics…

Found as an alternative to Supermetrics and it's always been reliable - powers my pacers and forecasts. The Looker connection loads slower than Funnel does, but aside from this I find it consistently great and support has always been helpful.

Windsor.ai is one of its kind!

There is no other tool on the market like windsor.ai that combines this many data sources into a single platform. We occasionally experience minor data transfer issues, but the excellent support and development team quickly resolves them. Updates are released promptly, and changes to the interfaces for this large number of sources are implemented swiftly. The support team is also very helpful when it comes to using windsor itself. The Basic plan offers a lot of value for very little money!

I strongly advise against using…

I strongly advise against using Windsor.ai. My experience with them was full of red flags from day one.
First, after just a single email exchange and a few hours of testing their platform, they listed my company as a "partner" on their website without any real foundation. It felt highly suspicious, misleading, and unprofessional.
Second, the service itself simply did not function as it was supposed to. When I reached out for help, the support team demonstrated a complete inability to communicate effectively or resolve technical issues. This lack of communication skills seems to be a company-wide problem, as I experienced the exact same unprofessionalism directly from their COO.
The absolute cherry on top was my cancellation. They sent me an email asking why I was leaving. I sent them detailed, critical feedback explaining the poor service and terrible communication. Their response? An automated message closing the ticket stating: "We hope that we've helped you to the best of your satisfaction." It’s almost comical, but it perfectly summarizes how this company operates. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere.

A couple of clarifications for context:
• The partner listing was not based on “a single email.” You submitted our official Solution Partner application through our website on Feb 2 2026. We should still have confirmed the exact wording and timing with you before publishing anything, and I agree that’s on us.
• On the support side, you reached out with an urgent request and a very short deadline. We take urgency seriously, but we also shouldn’t have let the conversation feel unclear or dismissive. The automated ticket closure you received after sharing detailed feedback is not the experience we want anyone to have.

We have removed your company from our partner page and tightened our internal process so partner listings require explicit confirmation, and critical feedback never gets closed out with automation.

If you’re open to it, I’m happy to look at the specific technical issue again with a senior engineer and give you a straight answer on whether it’s fixable in your setup. If not, we’ll say so clearly.

Easy & VERY Fast support

Easy to connect and very fast support. Love to have a good support team ready to step in. After funnel.io decided to move their free plan to 500 euros a month I searched for alternatives and Im very happy to have found windsor.ai!

Insanely bad customerservice

Writing a review after having had such bad help from their customer service. Noticed there was already a 1 star review on jan 22 talking about something similar to what we had so defenitely read that one. Dont buy here guys, It will save you tons of hassle.

The software works

The software works, but their billing practices are unethical and rigid. I attempted to downgrade my subscription because the current plan no longer fits my needs. Support refused to void the invoice or change the plan, stating that "once the invoice is issued" they cannot do anything.

Their official solution was telling me to "wait for the system to fail charging my card until it cancels automatically."

This is unacceptable for a professional SaaS company. They essentially hold your account hostage, force your bank to flag failed payments, and refuse to manually intervene even when you want to stay as a paying customer on a lower tier.

Pros: Data connection is okay. Cons: Terrible customer support, zero flexibility, and billing practices designed to trap you in higher plans. Use a competitor that respects your billing cycle.

Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration you had with the downgrade and billing process.

A quick clarification on the billing point: our Terms of Service specify that subscription charges are non refundable once an invoice is issued for the current billing period. That is why our team could not void or refund that invoice after it was generated.

That said, we do want the experience to feel fair and professional. If your plan no longer fits, we can help you make sure:
• your subscription is set to downgrade at the next renewal date (or cancel at period end), so you are not billed for a higher tier going forward
• any renewals are stopped correctly and you retain access until the end of the paid period
• your account is on the right tier for your needs moving forward

The suggestion to “wait for the card to fail” is not the standard outcome we aim for, and I agree it is not a good experience. If you share your workspace name or ticket number here (or send it to support and reference this review), we will review the timeline and confirm exactly what was possible at each step, and ensure your subscription settings are correct going forward.

Windsor.ai has been a game-changer!

Windsor.ai has been a game-changer for us. Niklas, Renato, Pamela, and Oleg are amazing in response time (they literally blow past their SLA's every time), may not be the friendliest faces, but are incredibly efficient and reliable. Every time a mission-critical issue comes up, they solve it quickly and effectively. Albeit the nitty gritty issues exist in their UI, the data integrity is something they take very seriously. ETL is their core and they insure it is kept intact. Their support is consistent, no-nonsense, and exactly what you need when things really matter. Mathias, the guy from the videos is a phenomenon and his team is there for you every time you need them.

Guia super detallada

La guia que me ofrecieron fue super completa y personalizada, con mucha disposicion y buena actitud. Me ayudaron en todo el proceso para solucinar un problema que tenia días sin poder resolver. Me explicaron donde estaba mi problema, como podia detectarlo y me ayudaron a crear una solucion. Windsor is a GREAT alternative to many other tools. Yes, there's some teething issues with the platform and the platform's UX/UI could be improved but their Customer Service level is really really great. I know they're always improving the platform.
