Seat cover made a difference as soon as I rode my bike, less than a mile.

Purchased the Wind Rider for my BMW F900 GSA. Fit perfect. Raided the seating height up a little, but not bad. Wish they made a sear for the Wunderlich Low. I tried the F900 cover but no luck.

The ordering process was quick and easy, the seat cover arrived packaged well with good instructions. Fits well and makes the riding experience more comfortable, I certainly notice the airflow down there. Thank you for a great product, I highly recommend.

Seat cover ripped after two rides.
I did give a five star review when I first received it. After a couple rides I noticed it ripping (tearing)
I contacted Windrider. They wanted me to pay for shipping from Canada to the United States. I felt I have already paid enough for the seat cover. I supplied pictures of the tearing.
They could have just sent me a new one.

I ordered a seat cover and I believe I got the wrong one. Their site directs you to reach out to Support via email. I reached out to the company by email several times. Initially, I wanted to know if I could modify this product to work for me. I also called three times, one of the times the phone system disconnected my call. I left a couple of voicemails and I have not received any communication from this company other than to ask me to put in a review. I received three emails from them to put in a review. My review towards them is not positive because of the lack of communication, their moneyback guarantee as far as I’m concerned is nonexistent because if they don’t respond to you, you go past your window to return the product. At this point, this product is dead to me and I would just wanna get my money back. so for me this is a thumbs down experience. Their poor customer support makes this a product I would highly recommend against.

WindRider puts out a quality, easy to install product at a good price point. They do not claim to be the best thing since sliced bread. They do back up what the ads say, it will increase your riding time, it does make for a more comfortable ride.

I did not receive the correct cover. I submitted a claim exactly as you instructed, providing photos and the model of my motorcycle... yet, a month later, I still haven't received anything!! You are just asking me to take measurements of the seat. You already have the model and year of my motorcycle. Please resolve this issue.

This is my second seat cover(2 bikes) and they fix perfect, it helps to keep me cool in the hot summers & lets rainwater run off my seat instead of sitting in a puddle.

This seat was a great as they described it, it is comfortable and I no longer sweat on my seat. Very comfortable. Easy to install.

I ordered a seat cover and it said if I am running a rider backrest to put it in the comment section. I did what the website said and received the cover with no cutout for my backrest. I have sent emails trying to fix the situation with me response. I gave it a 3 star because the product itself is good but the customer service lacks luster.

Seat cover was very hard to install on my 2017 Africa Twin. I emailed support to make sure I received the right one and after going back and forth a couple times and sending pictures, I was told it was correct and basically to try harder. So I fought it and pulled so hard I thought something was going to tear but It eventually pulled over all four corners. Just barely but it did. I am hopeful it will stretch out and fit better someday. These covers are great in the summer heat. I had one on my last bike that fit a lot better and was a major game changer in the hot summer months. You do slide around a bit on them would be my only complaint. I do not run them in the winter because you can feel the cold air movement beneath you.

Exactly what I was looking for and it fit perfectly on the bike I bought it for. Love it and highly recommend it to all !!

I was a little tough to put on the 790 but once I got it on it is awesome it vent really good and keeps you from sweating when riding it is a must have.

I waited (impatiently) for my seat to be designed, tested and brought on line. A seat cover for a CanAm Sea2Sky didn’t exist yet. It was very much worth the wait. The fit is perfect. It’s easy to install. And most of all it’s comfortable. Just raised enough to allow air flow to pass through and here in the Pacific Northwest it also allows my tush to stay dry during our downpours. Yes, up here we ride in inclement weather. I’m very happy I waited for my WindRider seat cover and didn’t succumb to the inferior other options out there!!!

This was my second wind rider order, changed bikes. The first order was delivered wrong and took over 2 months to get sorted and I had to do all comms as I only ever recieved 1 reply from the dozens of mails I sent to get it sorted out. My second and latest order was similar. I had an email delivered from the courier saying my order had been cancelled 2 days from delivery and after sending numerous unanswered emails to support, I finally requested a refund…3 times with again no reply or communications. My seat cover finally arrived 3 weeks later and was missed the rear pillion cover and given I’ve had zero feedback from Windrider, I’ve given up and doubt anyone would even read this.

So I got a little hole in my seat I was going to see if I could get it redone then I ran across windrider they got covers ok that would work pretty cheap good quality so I got one for my v strom these things are great looks really cool fits perfect fast shipping I'm in Arizona you park in the sun the seat gets hot I went to work parked in the driveway catch a ride with my brother when he dropped me off he says oh boy your seat going to be on fire I said better not be supposed to be cool and it was it's so awesome not even a little bit hot

Great customer service, quick postage, and th Windrider cover is awesome, like having an air-conditioned seat and very comfortable.

Took a while to come in but the communication was top notch I have a aftermarket seat and they were able to help me get the one that fit the fit isn’t perfect but it does make a huge difference if you leave your bike out in the sun or go on long rides your rear doesn’t get near as hot would recommend for sure

They said te cover was available for my model. But they just send me a random square cover that didn't match my motor cycle (a Ninja 1100SX) at all.

Absolute garbage received what can only be described as a generic seat cover took weeks to get here.
Not even close to fitting my bike. I have 4 to 6 inches of overhang on the sides.
Then trying to use their return policy. Only way to contact them is email and they never respond.
It is a scam the more I looked into it.
It's a Chinese company with basically DBA for Wind Rider in the US.
They have no US address, no US customer service phone number, nothing.
I learned the hard way I'm out $80 now.
