When we signed up for a new bathroom/shower, being a worrier, I wondered if we were doing the right thing as they said the fitting would only take 4 days. The materials arrived and the fitter (Dave) arrived on time and started the clearing out immediately. My main worry at the time was the use of the toilet but the fitter allowed use to use it. Amazingly our new bathroom/shower was completed in the time scale quoted. An electrician came the next day to put in an extractor fan. The company did an excellent job. Thank you.

I cant beleive I have to even give this company 1 star.

Honestly I dont even know where to start with our issues.

4 years ago, we got a quote from a company called windows plus for our back patio doors, we went with them as a relatively large company and thought it was a good price. Date was booked and we were excited to have the work done.

The day came and we were told it would be the day after. This happened 3 times until we were eventually squeezed in over a weekend as they had over booked. Annoying, but the work had started. When the original window started to be removed, we asked the fitters whether they needed to prop the bay window above "noooo absolutely not as your joists run that way" ok we trusted his expertise.

After 2 days the door was in, very rushed i thought but looked to be of a good standard.

A few weeks later we noticed extensive cracking to the upstairs bay window which required works to be carried out, we contacted the company and after a bit of a fight they came out and touch up replastered the areas where the cracks were. We had also noticed the door was becoming difficult to open, so they adjusted that too.

Fast forward around 6/8 months after complaining again that the door was becoming hard to slide open again, we had noticed all the plaster they had "fixed" had further extensive cracking. So again back on the phone to the company, at this point really concerned that the upper bay window would collapse due to it dropping down.

2 YEARS LATER, after hundreds of phone calls, many promises to contact us or come out and assess, the manager finally came and looked at the damages and agreed that there wasn't sufficient support in the door to support the bay window and that the whole top and bottom would need replacing, he was going to do a report and then get back to us to arrange fitting. We've since had rain pooling into the bay window and under the doors that are apparently "storm proof".

Well that never happened.

We have now had to take this to our finance company (luckily had been financed) 18 months ago and they have no had to instruct solicitors and an independent surveyor to look at damages, due to lack of contact from the company and them also stating they are no long trading under this name (now windows plus roofs).

A surveyor came out yesterday and is extremely concerned at the state we have been left with and hopefully we will now get the repairs that we need.

Moral or the long story DO NOT get any work done with windows plus kitchens plus or bathrooms plus as they are all the same company, as if you have any issues, they will not be sorted. They've also blocked me from some of their social media accounts after I've left reviews throughout this ongoing saga.

We will be taking legal proceedings in regards to this matter.

In response to their comment below, which I cannot respond to, this company knows exactly what has happened, their management team have been out and were meant to complete a full report which we have never seen. You had 1000 chances to rectify this on the million phone calls we have made. But you didnt, so we will be taking legal proceedings.

Another update: as expected, contact details shared with the company and no contact has been made nearly 2 weeks later 🤣

Lads came to install the door on time and just over an hour later completed the joɓ. Well happy with the end result,cleaned up no mess Door looks great. Would recommend.

Good telephone conversations and visits from pleasant staff members and clear explanations.

Budget windows were professional and helpful, they explained how the windows worked, one part was missing on one of the windows and after all the windows were fitted went and collected the part and fitted it. Walked me round to see if everything was ok, a couple of tiny bits which was rectified professionally. Would recommend them.

Two fitters Chris and Steve replaced my conservatory roof two very skilled knowledgeable and well mannered men they have done a excellent job I am very pleased with their work

Fabio was a friendly guy, he explained everything to us in great detail and was very helpful.

The sales rep was polite and knowledgeable. No pressure sales. Can’t give 5 stars as the windows aren’t fitted as yet.

I haven't had my windows fitted yet but certainly when surveyor(s) came round, were polite & helpful. Had a provisional / approximate date of starting so keeping fingers crossed. I feel that this questionnaire is far too soon to comment on to be fair! Ask me again when work is completed (I hope the rain holds off by the time comes to do them). I also hope they give me plenty of notice so I can get helpto prepare rooms affected.

First salesman sold us the wrong door all he talked about was him self but the next salesman was class and very good at his job he was a pleasure to talk to

From start to finish , first class customer service . All staff friendly and respectful of what was needed. The initial visit to discuss windows went well no pressure put on to buy . Kept upto date by office staff regarding fitting date and time men would arrive . On the day the men arrived within time we were told , all were very friendly and respectful of property . We were told to stay in living room keep warm they would start upstairs then swap over when finished . All worked really hard cleaning up after themselves . Would recommend them as they did a great job and I am very happy with the windows .

From seeing sales person to seeing guy that measured ever thing and constant calls from office up to now excellent service

From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. Although the price is on the higher side, I strongly believe in the adage that quality comes at a cost. The windows are impeccable, and I'm looking forward to testing their effectiveness during the winter.
