Great service and Terry was fantastic to deal with.
The whole process was very simple.

The storage units are super clean and easy to access. The prices are also very good for the size of sheds. The staff are very polite and helpful . I have moved many many times and have used a lot of storage facilities and I have to say this is one of the best I’ve used.

Excellent service and great facilities would definitely recommend you and use you again if I needed to.

Starting out here was great and prices were competitive at the time. However the longer I was there the more my price was getting higher.

They would up the prices very often every couple of months I started here at $119 for small square space 3x3 I think and before I left I was paying $159 and had just got a letter upping it again by another $8

I have gladly left for public storage scoresby for bigger space and a promotion where I only pay half price for 4 months before reverting back to full price at only $100 .

I emailed at every price increase to plead my case of a long term customer and asked for price not to increase. They weren’t interested in holding onto a long term customer until I signed my new contract at public self storage and they offered to try and match the price of it was sent as a quote.

Original management were fantastic but once the change over they now price gouge

Wilson storage had the nerve to put the rent up TWICE for a combined 18% within 6 months. So I moved to another storage unit just around the corner. I hope the unit I was renting stays empty for a year and they never see that $1200

Right from my initial enquiry the process has been made extremely easy by both Katie and Kate. Their knowledge of what is available within the facility and being able to match that to my requirements was a great help. Fantastic customer service delivered by two extremely nice people. customer service from Chris at Moorabbin then Michelle and John at Sandringham. So helpful. Easy to use the storage units, great availability. The offer of the van is such a great bonus.

The Manager, John Maher, was always helpful, professional and polite. I appreciated his support while using the facility. Also, I was impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.

They were helpful and flexible over the phone when I was arranging to get a storage unit to use in a few months time. Though it would have been nice to get it done in the first contact but had to wait for each months offer to get the best offer. They were helpful when I visited in person to select a unit and to sign up. The facility is new and units clean (though in an old building).
