The premises is always clean and well looked after. Good parking access etc. Would recommend.

It was super easy to book a storage space through Terry in South Melbourne who was very helpful & efficient.
Also the storage facility in South Melbourne is very well set-up.
I didn’t compare pricing for the short term storage that we need, however the cost was fine considering the convenience.

I was not told about $30 signup fee upfront. This was added at last moment. Pls disclose upfront. I only wanted 1 month rent. I agreed to $60 quoted but pissed I got charged $90.

Fantastic friendly service in the best storage set up I've seen.

The whole experience of renting a storage unit was very pleasant and very smooth. The manager and his assistant both went over and above the call of duty and gave helpful advice about moving and packing the items I needed to store. The facility is well set out with a very convenient loading dock off Thistlewaite St (a side street, so easy access). The atmosphere in the facility was relaxed and easy.

The decision to declutter in readiness for selling our property was made easy by Terry at South Melbourne Wilson Storage. Perfectly sized storage unit for our needs and the van to help move everything made the job so much less difficult than expected. Thanks Terry!
