Wow! Jonathan and David were so helpful with my husband and I on making our will. They both explained everything in simple English and repeated things we struggled to understand. David was incredibly helpful, clear, and reassuring throughout the entire process of writing our wills and sorting our life insurance. He took the time to explain everything in plain language, made what could have been a daunting process feel straightforward, and ensured we felt confident in every decision. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Bargain and a half - David not only assessed what needed covered in a will for me, my wife and my daughter, but advised us on best practice, spoke to us knowing this was new to us, and ensured our wills were exactly what was required. Further to this, David assessed our life cover and identified improvements that he made recommendations on which resulted in our life insurance being far more tailored and relevant, and David actioned this on our behalf at a very minimal premium cost increase.

Finally, David and his company are FCA regulated, and working in financial services myself, this was something I made certain to check before proceeding with his recommendations, and his actions were exactly as agreed.

Purchased a voucher thinking this would be a cheap, limited interaction form. Couldn't have been more wrong! David was very professional, always gave clear guidance and was very thorough in the questions he asked - spending way more time on calls than i would have expected. Would definitely recommend and feel confident my affairs are now left in good order.

I bought a voucher for Will-writing on Groupon, which I thought was all it was from my previous will.
However, David made contact, introduced himself, scheduled an appointment for us to discuss and the paperwork he would require for the appointment.
I expected it to be as short and simple as the previous will writing but no! David did not only look at the writing of the will. He reviewed all of my life policies which turned out to be duplicated and never reviewed, costing me over £300 a month. David reviewed these and got me a much cheaper policy for around £100 a month and when all this had been sorted, he then went on to write the will. He worked more than a week, sending text messages, phoning, emailing and keeping me in the loop the whole time. He responded to questions very quickly, put the new policy in trust. I cannot thank him enough and would definitely recommend his services and I can still contact him if I have any queries, now that’s aftercare!
