I can speak as a former Mortgage Second Charge broker. Firstly my circumstances were to say the least challenging! I had searched over many months a broker who could find me a Consumer Buy to Let Mortgage. I had a barrage of different solutions from a whole host of brokers but none which really fitted my lifestyle and financial implications. Ceri found me a product which was suitable. Moreover his underwriter Jamie was so helpful too.
