I think this company is a great and helpful way to help people that sometimes struggle to pay their everyday expenses and to be able to split those payments with the very minimum payments, to not only get thier bills paid in a timely manner but to also have money for other important things.

Not really sure how to rate them
Not really sure how to rate them. I have used them in the past had no problem at all. But this time I submitted a bill on the 2nd of October Willow said it is paid but as of today the 13th the vendor said they have not received the payment from Willow. And I can not get ahold of anyone to talk to. Apparently there is no customer service available. Willow has already taken half of the bill payment from me.

Processing Fee Should be a Separate Additional Payment, Not Combined with First One
I really appreciate Willow’s service, especially offering to pay a bill from a small local waste management company. The only thing is when the processing fee is added to the first payment, then that adds up to having to pay roughly 50% of the bill up front. The processing fee should be an additional payment tacked on rather than having to pay it combined with the first payment.
