I have used Willowberry products for over 4 years. They are fantastic on every level. Clean, excellent value and the outcomes amazing. This is a small company with all the benefits of a large brand.

I’ve used Willowberry for around 3.5 years and I love it. It suits my skin, in fact it has improved my skin. I love that the range of products is simple and ethical; as a customer I’m not overwhelmed by multiple products. There are options to bundle products which I often take advantage of. The game changer for me is the cleansing balm as my skin never feels dried out meaning my routine starts from a place of hydration which I love.

I use an SPF cream which I trust and tbh I would still do this even if Willowberry introduce an SPF product as I’m not convinced about built in SPF creams in terms of efficacy as an SPF or effectiveness as a true moisturiser; I mention this only as other reviewers have commented.

I started out trying just the night cream and loved it so much I gradually increased my collection. I have been using Willowberry since Dec 2024 and can honestly say it has transformed my skin. Dry patches gone, redness calmed, oily sections under control, eyes less puffy and dark patches reduced. I look at my skin in the mirror and actually like what I see now! Have recommended Willowberry to several friends now and they love it too!

Excellent products for mature skin- they are very moisturising without being greasy. I recommend them to all my friends!

I have used a number of expensive skin care products in the past but have switched entirely to Willowberry. My skin looks better than it has done in a long time. I love the smell and the texture of the products. My skin is always beautifully hydrated and I particularly love the Exfoliant which is gentle but really effective.

I've been using Willowberry products for quite some time now. After swopping and changing companies all my life, I won't be changing to anything else ever again. I use the exfoliator, booster oil, night and day cream and eye cream and my skin has never been better. There are often good value offers and a generous loyalty scheme. Postage is free and orders are promptly dispatched. Great company, great products!

I’m fairly happy with the products in terms of fragrance, ingriedients and texture. But the packaging could use some work, since the colour writing and packaging in general tends to rub off and little bits end up inside the jars. Also, I got what looked like a personalised offer (“Thanks, Anna” with a special discount for you), but it turned out to be the same deal anyone can get on the website, which was a bit disappointing.

Another thing — there’s still no SPF in their creams, so they only really work as night care. And while the makeup remover feels nice to use, it doesn’t actually remove waterproof mascara. Overall, I like the brand, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I love this brand - it's such a life (and experience!)-affirming message, the products are excellent value and I've been really impressed at how well they work. I have very tricky skin (rosacea, acne), and I've had some really lovely comments on how my skin's glowing since using them. Plus they smell lovely as well!

Been using the day, and the night cream for several years now. My aging skin suddenly couldn’t cope with the cream I’d been using for ages, and I switched to Willowberry following a recommendation and I am SO glad I did. It feel wonderful on my skin and has made a real difference to the health of my skin too.

So nice to have found a company that don’t promise miracles. Lovely, rich day and night moisturiser that absorbs well and smells gorgeous. Been using for a couple of years now since I had incredibly bad eczema and needed to find a natural product. Wouldn’t use anything else now.

I've been buying Willowberry products for a few years now. Their moisturiser is my daily moisturiser. I have sensitive skin and have had no problems with it. I like the way it gets absorbed and it smells lovely. Great product.

After using many top brands for years I needed to find a natural cruelty free brand that delivers on hydration, nourishes,absorbs well and makes my skin feel and look good, this is where Willowberry came in!
The nutrient boost oil is a lovely oil containing all the good things I love like rosehip oil and vit E with essential oils. I use this under my make up with the day cream, make up stays all day nourishing my skin too.
I use this with the exfoliator, night cream, eye cream and the oil, my skin is well nourished in the morning.
The creams are a dream to use without strong scents,which I love,just a subtle aroma .
I would recommend anyone to try these delicious creams and oils they are my little pots of gold !

I am so pleased that I was introduced several years ago to Willowberry by my daughter. Since then I haven't used any other skin care products. The cleansing balm is wonderful, my skin never feels 'tight' after it. The exfoliator is so gentle, the face oil is perfect, and the day cream feels luxurious. I do use the other products, the reviving eye cream, the night cream both of which are great. What I am also impressed by is the fact that natural ingredients are used, also that there are no claims that 'wrinkles will disappear ' or that I'll look 'years younger', I don't need that, I am what I am and Willowberry makes the best of it.
The orders are delivered speedily, any enquiries are always treated quickly and the feeling you get is that this is a company that really cares for its customers.

Easy company to deal with, excellent customer service, value for money and I love the skincare products from Willowberry. I have a mature skin and it feels hydrated and smooth and looks brighter after use. The products do not leave a greasy film on the skin or feel heavy, unlike some more expensive products.

Really lovely products, makes my skin feel amazing! The gentle exfoliation, face oil and moisturiser are daily staples of mine and I really know if I’ve not used them. 5 stars would be an spf included!

Fabulous products - I’ve been using for over a year but in the last 6 months or so I’ve gone “all in” and use pretty much the full range. My skin has never been better and I think looks younger than it is! They are a bit on the pricier side but I think similar to other premium ranges; a small amount goes a long way and I think worth every penny 😊

This company are fabulous.
Have had multiple products from them in the past, but when my husband finally got the hint to place a new order for my birthday/Christmas present, I discovered my skin was now sadly allergic to the products! Willow berry were so sweet and gave a full refund even though realistically it’s not their fault I’m now suddenly allergic to their lovely products! Much appreciated in hard times. Outstanding customer service.
