Having struggled to find multi-way dresses made from quality fabric and not the ‘one size fits all’ I was glad to stumble across Willow & Pearl. The sample and swatch ordering process is straightforward and I received two dresses for my bridemaids to try within no time at all. The dresses are exactly what we have been looking for with the colour exactly matching our theme. Holly’s customer service and communication has been excellent.

I needed a strap slider for my dress urgently so I got in touch via e-mail to ask if was possible to have it sent sooner than standard times, Holly was really nice and sent it the next day.

Ordered swatches to compare colours and they came very promptly with a lovely handwritten note from the owner. She had even included an extra sample in a similar colour which I hadn't ordered. I thought this was a really lovely touch, as it was actually a better match than I presumed it would have been from the website. Ultimately, we have decided to go another route. But was really impressed from the service we received

Holly has been brilliant, nothing has been too much trouble. She offered to try and source similar colour fabrics when I enquired about a colour that has been discontinued. Very flexible when I asked to hold on to the dresses for a few extra days and always quick to respond to queries and e-mails. The dresses themselves are high quality, the fabric doesn't crinkle and the colour range is great. Holly sent a variety of samples so my bridesmaids could compare double and single skirt. Thanks so much for making this whole process so smooth

Holly was fantastic in ensuring the dresses arrived in advance of a specific date ready for all the bridesmaids to try. She also provided both a single layer and double layer allowing easy comparison of the two which was really helpful. The best part however was that she gave me the dresses in the sample colour I requested so I was able to see exactly what they would look like on the day!

I was really struggling to find bridesmaids dresses for my wedding when I came across Willow and Pearl. Holly was an absolute joy throughout the whole ordering process; she sent us dress samples in the exact colour I wanted and was helpful when I called asking for advice.
We went with the multiway full-length dresses in the end, and I am SO glad we did. My bridesmaids were able to choose the style they felt most comfortable with, and they both looked stunning. We also bought some strap sliders from Holly to add a little extra sparkle. The colour was exactly what I wanted, and the delivery times were as advised.
Thank you so much Holly for making my girls feel special on my big day. I even got to wear one of your dresses at my sister’s wedding more recently – she loved wearing her bridesmaids dress at my wedding so much that she ordered them for us at hers!

I ordered some sample dresses to try. Although we did not go with these dresses, the service and dresses were fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone. What an easy and fantastic service!

These dresses were absolutely perfect for all my bridesmaids. We ordered samples for 4 girls and two adults in multiple sizes and multiple skirt weights and multiple dress types! Nothing was too much to ask and the final dresses were breath taking. They suited multiple ages and multiple body types- everyone looked stunning and felt comfortable and confident. Thank you so much for everything you did helping me decide and making these dresses.

I ordered some sample dresses and 2 colour swatches. I got an email back from Hollie the next day telling me, she had packed 2 dresses in the colours I'd chosen for sample swatches, the dresses then came within 2 days. I was given lots of information from her, it was excellent service. I highly reccomend this company.

Holly made the most amazing dresses for my bridesmaids, they all not only looked amazing but most importantly felt comfortable, elegant and unique.

The colour options were amazing and Holly even got in touch with me between my samples arriving and placing the order to let me know she’d got a new colour that she thought would be even more perfect for what I’d requested and it really was! The dresses are made well, with love and it was really special for us to support small business and have something handmade and quality for my most special ladies in my life.

Could not recommend Willow and Pearl highly enough and will absolutely return for my own dresses for occasions down the line.

Firstly Holly was fabulous and the communication was excellent. I couldn't make a decision on colours and she sourced me other options and was very reassuring.

I ended up picking her dresses in Ruby and the are a gorgeous colour. I ordered a few options from different places but these were definitely the best quality.

I ordered the Willow dresses in teal for my bridesmaids having tried on the sample dresses. They arrived promptly and are gorgeous. I can't wait to see all my bridesmaids in them!
