What Great customer service at Willis Judd!! I purchased 3 of these bracelets. The product is of great quality and feels weighty and comfortable on the wrist. I sincerely believe copper and magnetism has healing qualities so was not surprised when after 3 or 4 days of wearing the pain in my wrists and thumbs have all but gone. My joints are still stiff but the arthritic pain has almost stopped.
Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the bracelets which has caused soreness and itching. I thought I'd contact the support email in case there was something I could try. Speaking to Jannah (at WJ) she very kindly agreed to swap them for the titanium versions. Now you can't ask better than that of a company! Very impressed I must say. I still recommend these products to all my friends and family, my brother swears by them. Thank you Willis Judd for a great product and amazing customer service.

Both my wife and I have had less pain in our hands. I have less discomfort in my shoulders. It has taken a little getting used to having something on my right wrist, being right handed, but I do feel a difference. Hopefully over time it will help more of my body with arthritis.

I purchased a bracelet but after wearing it 24/7 for a couple of weeks the clasp kept coming undone and it would fall off my wrist. I contacted customer service and after a couple of tries at their expense I couldn’t get it fixed. They sent me a new one that much to my absolute pleasure has a much better clasp and I’m wearing it now with no issues. While a lot of companies don’t honor their warranty or make good on their promises I am very happy to say that Willis Judd is a company I trust completely. Thank you again for your prompt and courteous service. I would recommend you to anyone looking for copper jewelry.

I have arthritis in my arm and wrist and have worn this three months. I have noticed no difference. Also this is easily scratched. I am disabled and hardly ever leave the house and this has scratches on it I guess from normal wear and if it was 99% copper as it claims the scratches would not have scratched the metal down to stainless steel color. These are not hard scratches that’s what has me so confused just normal wear. I think this has a lot of stainless steel in it and a copper finish because if it was 99% copper the scratches would not be a stainless steel color. I never did have faith in these I always thought this was all a hocus-pocus snake oil type of thing I mostly purchased it for the looks but I did believe it was all copper until now.

I had a problem with my order and Joy took care of the problem with no questions asked. The Bracelet is really good lookingl, so now I only hope it helps to relieve my arthritis.

Joy was the one that reached out after I sent a message to verify what I was buying and who I was buying from. She was very kind and helpful and set me on the right track.

Service the product was better than expected I believe I got great value for my money

I purchased the thinner 'ladies' version of the copper magnet bracelet as I didn't want the larger 20mm bracelet. I found after a short while the clasp kept opening and on occasions the bracelet would fall off. I contacted customer services and Joy asked for some details and a short video to explain the problem I was having. After understanding my issue, Joy sent me a new bracelet with improved clasp. Thanks Joy, I am now back to wearing my bracelet all the time without worrying it will fall off. Many thanks for your professional service.

The driver did not deliver the parcel even though it showed as delivered. Having looked everywhere I confirmed non receipt.
I received a prompt redponse and a replacement arrived within a few dsys.

Ordered a bracelet , it was not shipped even after 3 weeks . They send out a generic E Mail reply and i have no way to track it . Total waste of time , pretty sure they are a crooked firm and i have lost my money . The website i bought the bracelet from was their official website and their customer service is a complete joje

The old, cheaper bendable copper brackets worked way better then these brackets and rings and the necklace doesn’t lay flat. It twists and the magnets are always sideways.
They gave me NO relief and they want a $25 feet to return the products.
Also the finish wears off.

Purchased multiple products and had an issue with one of the necklaces. Customer service got back to me in 48 hours and resolved the issue. They even responded over labor day weekend.

Ive tried to contact this company several times but no response. I need to return a very poor quality copper bracelet but Im stuck as they are not responding. Avoid this company.

I bought the Men's Copper Bracelet, with 6 magnets per link from Willis Judd.
Very poor quality after 2 weeks, coating has came off turning my arm green!
£80 is incredibly steep for this poor quality so avoid wasting your money and buy cheaper from Amazon, same exact thing for £20-£30.
