Fantastic company to deal with have used them a few times the products are absolutely amazing and the customer service is first class nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely rec this company!

Unfortunately whilst the 2 packs of biscuits came beautifully wrapped and had in my opinion sufficient protection, one of the packets had several broken biscuits - it looked like they were perhaps broken before packing. I would have contacted the company but as I was about to go away I knew I wouldn’t have time to return

We were given a tin of Williams Handbaked biscuits for Christmas. I hadn’t been aware of the the brand previously. All of the four varieties in the selection were delicious, but as a lover of all things ginger it was the ginger biscuits that stood out for me. Zingy and with the heat of spice that are the best ginger biscuits I’ve had. I was so impressed I ordered 12 packs (to be eligible for the free postage!) They have fast become my guilty pleasure.

I received a gift - a jar of All butter mini shortbread biscuits. I love the, melt-in-the-mouth moist cookies and promptly purchased a refill pack and a jar of Chocolate chip mini biscuits and a pack of Chocolate Ginger mini biscuits to try.
I really do like the Chocolate ginger biscuits and will reorder them. But I did not like the Chocolate chip ones and have given them to the Squirrels and Foxes that frequent my garden. Not enough chocolate in them to worry about it. Melt-in-the-mouth yes, but just very plain and disappointing for a chocolate chip biscuit. Definitely can’t recommend them. Looking forward to trying tray bakes…

To be honest I had a issue with my items being stolen but they dealt with it straight away and gave me a refund so I ordered them again and waited and I can tell you they are in my opinion the tastiest biscuits I’ve had in a long time and I will definitely be ordering some more for me and my family thank you to the team at Williams Handbaked

Treated myself to a pack of 4 Festive Eccles cakes. They are far, far, far too sweet and encrusted in sugar on the outside too. What I shame. I ate one, but didn't enjoy it.
