I moved from another solicitors because they were so slow. These guys are speedy.

Used them as they are on the Santander panel.

Pros: 1. Chethana and Dulaj very responsive and kind.
2. No unforeseen fees, paid what the initial quote was.
3. Completed in less than 4 months.

Cons: 1. you had to chase a lot for the work to be done and for the process to move forward. A lot of emails and phone calls.
2. Not responsive to the sellers solicitors, so I had to call and ask them to respond to the sellers solicitors emails.

In general, we were so thrilled to get the keys to our first home that we forgot the struggles of the journey.

Initial contact was ok. They got the job done but lacked immensely in communication it was quite difficult to reach any and when they eventually get back to you answers are vaguely explained. Towards completion I
had to pay so many extra fees its unreal. I found that very frustrating i won't use them again no.

First off, the help I received from one of your solicitors called Lewis was brilliant he constantly keeping me updated with the situation I was facing and was extremely kind and helpful throughout my time in contact with him.
Highly recommend this firm to anyone especially the service of Lewis who was brilliant.

Enrique was fantastic in his approach to reviewing and commenting on some commercial documentation and contracts. In excess of 100+ pages of contract listed under two legal jurisdictions very much in legalese. To the lay person is definitely a challenge. Handed over to Enrique at Wilford Smith he not only deciphered it, but was able to communicate both its content and more importantly the meanings and implications. More over there was a genuine caring for me as the client re the implications of the document, he absolutely had my back and was not just chasing a fee at the end of the case.
I would absolutely onwards refer the team at Wilford Smith and now I have used them I will not be going anywhere else for legal advice. Simply superb....
